Well, i rarely watch other than Arsenal matches, i do follow other soccer too but it's not very intense. Mostly CL and top teams meeting in other leagues.

I use stat pages that give each match an "rtg-value" ( i hope Jack doesn't mind: http://www.h2hstats.com/ , explained there ). I search matches with ratings over -+3 and take a closer look. That's a quick way to limit used time and effort. Somedays there are over a hundred matches so it isn't worth going through each game.

When i find a good match i check team stats ( also how they did previous year ) and possible team/league news.

I have been working to find odds/rtg combo system that would produce a trend. So far only interesting results but nothing to count on.

Tonight rtg-system gives

Poland - Ekstraklasa
LKS Lodz +? +115 - Legia Warszawa

Portugal - Primeira Liga
Nacional da Madeira +1 -107 - Benfica

really don't like either to wager my money on...

Do you use some system or method JS ? Or other users who happens to read this, all input is welcome.

Now, I don't use any kind of system for my capping, Snafu. I'm more of a shoot from the hip kind of capper. I only bet Premier League and international games. I try and bet the side I feel offers the best value. I also like totals a lot for soccer.
