For skeptics who think that gun laws don?t make a difference, consider what happened in two states, Missouri and Connecticut. In 1995, Connecticut required background checks before obtaining a gun, while in 2007 Missouri eased gun laws.
The upshot? After tightening gun laws, firearm homicide rates dropped 40 percent in Connecticut. And after Missouri eased gun laws, gun homicide rates rose 25 percent.

I decided to conduct an experiment to prove once and for all how terrible and evil guns are. I placed all of my guns on a large table and begged them to fire. I screamed at them, yelled, commanded them to fire. Nothing happened. No good, stupid guns.

While every NRA member wants to use this as their be all end all argument, it's just such flawed logic. Even if every mass shooter were mentally ill in the history of every mass shooting they still needed an avenue to carry out the killing. Thanks to people like you they have ultra easy access to said avenue, but that's OK to you and that's the real problem here.
Take the guns away and what would be their weapon of choice to carry out mass killings? Why do we not hear of these things happening with such frequency in countries that don't allow the population access to guns?

It's not the guns fault, it's the laws that allow people to own them. Since the law is allowing mentally ill people to purchase guns and slaughter innocent citizens, the law needs to be changed.
