an outright to place only top 4 @ Cbet
Scott 8.5/1
Had lowest in adverse wind on last day in Mercedes 2 years running and expect 4 days of it here. He might be tad too long of tees with these doglegs however.

Props
Biirdies or better
Furyk +100 over Kelly
Par 4 performace
Cink -115 over Furyk

18 holes
Kaye +100 over Sabbitina @ Pinn
Donald -105 over Sabbitini @ $plays

I bit on Wie over Mize also S.S. Didn't expect Mize to better 73 or 74 at best.:(

Got to add another just dropped
Kaye -118 (+1/2 stroke) over Funk
Have Funk rated D as wind player and what must prove as all time low in fairways hit-36%-would support it.

Oddly don't generally have hand full of wagers in 2nd rd and got 31 today--yikes!!!!

2nd round:

Toms +125 over Parry/Roberts (365)
Z Johnson -130 over Casey (5 dimes)

slow on the trigger as Toms moved from +131 to +116 at 5 dimes, if it goes down must be a lot of money going down with me

3rd rd a pick and a prop

Lehman -105 over Sluman @ $plays
Lots of angles here, both players currently tied while Sluman ranks 1st in DA and 2nd in GIR's,in addition Sluman sco ave before cut last year ranked 10th--3rd rd 173rd. These factors make regression highly probable and in addition to current and course form giving Lehman edge.

Prop
GIRS
Els -105 (+1/2) over Singh
Overall Singh had edge over El's last year in this catagory--however Islands have always been diff story.
Els rank 1st last week at Mercedes and has had significant edge this week winning both rds easily with comined adv of 75% to 58%.
Been liking these books with props as they are setting lines to 04 history for most part--drop in winds yesterday did have adverse effect on putts per round as it made GIRS #'s much higher--got lazy yesterday and didn't wait till just prior to t-time to look for change and it cost me a couple.

---and what about Wie--to my calculation she did not cash a ticket on any available wager ANYWHERE!!!!!!
--however couldn't take any with obscene lines. What a joke---both her and the press and commentators.
They need to let these commentators and press set the lines ;)
Where were all these 66's she reported shooting in practicing here ever day for 2 months in preperation---and they must have her 5'1" mother stepping off these 300 yard drives they rave about. Hell Corrie Pavin the shortest stick on tour beat her DD ave. Was nice to see Hawaiin boy boy Wilson make it as alternate and win some bucks this week--hmm no exemption for this regular tour hawiian native--also nice to see someone "earn" their way via Monday qualifier--53 year old Dick Mast.
Might be wise for Wie to practice a little more with girls her own age as they thumped her also this year in ametuer events--but at least she had chance to win there.

Got a bunch I like today--my fav 4th match
Donald +105 over Gamez @ $plays

Donald the better player--the superior wind player--straight hitter which is important here ranking 30th in DA last year--and much better closer.

Prop
Birdies or better
Zack J +115 (+1/2) over Scott
Would mind losing this if it gets Scott in top 5--but DA edge
04-(Zack 18th Scott 174th) in this rough and added 1/2 is pretty tough to overcome.

have one other prop I like-- though a little on expensive--
-160
Cink, Els, Singh, Toms, Goosen, Scott to shoot over 24.5 collectively on 1st hole.

4th round prop -birdies or better

Toms +1/2 over Goosen -110 (hollywood)

played this last night, quoting stats from memory so hope they are right-Toms has beaten Goosen in this category last 2 years, so far this year has dominated including 5-2 edge yesterday and last week on final round 6-2. Getting extra half may also be big.

4th rd prop

1st hole total score OVER 24 1/2 -170 for:
Cink,Els,Singh,Toms,Goosen and Scott 1 unit

In the first 3 rounds none of these golfers have birdied the hole. Four of the six have bogeyed the hole at least once with Goosen scoring bogey, bogey, quintuple bogey. It's a lot of juice but if I can get a bogey I'll feel pretty good, two bogies or maybe a double bogey and that should take this over the 24 1/2.

good luck.

4th round

Cink -1/2 -110 over Howell (hollywood)

don't know if stats prove it but have seen Howell choke too many times in this spot not to play against. Like the fact that Cink is out of it vs. Howell who is in the running. Also like the fact that Cink played not a great round yesterday vs. Howell's great round. Looking for that flip-flop

Outrights - FINAL RESULT: 0-4; -6.00pts

Kelly mc
Lonard mc
Byrd 56th
Maruyama 3rd

Very hopeful of a profit with Maruyama who led with just seven holes to play, but he couldn't drive and he couldn't putt on the last day and that made defending a lead very difficult.

Matchups - FINAL RESULT: 4-2-0; +6.32pts

Sabbatini/Kaye LOST by 4
Rose/Poulter WON by 15
Kelly/Furyk LOST by 5
Maruyama/Furyk WON by 8
Durant/Baddeley WON by 5
Toms/Furyk WON by 4

Could have been a bigger profit as Sabbatini did start the final day ahead of Kaye, but at least the profit was enough to cover the losses on the outrights, plus some small change.

PGA Tour ytd:
Outrights: 0-8; -12.00pts
Matchups: 5-8; -1.83pts
