This should get some :) from U.S. boys.
Ask and you shall receive--sometimes

at OLY this week--

- Sony Open in Hawaii January 11 - 14, 2007
- Odds to win
- Top 10 Finishers
- Top 5 Finishers

Just spoken to Adam, golf oddsmaker @ The Greek, and the new markets are on a trial and error basis until the Masters. If it ends up being just the pros biting the hand that feeds, these markets will not be continued. So, the message is clear, "use them or lose them" ;)

Top marks for taking the leap though

Phar I sure do miss that little book--always had unique lines and seemed to always throw in a clinker.
--by the way--great job on matches in 06 and expecting the same in 07 :)

Agreed Wayne....its a handy little book to have. I feel for you guys with the limits set on you. Seems "un-American", from my distant view.

Matching 06 would be more than staisfactory. Time will tell. All the best to you too.

Good Luck to all and hope the best in 2007

72 hole match up

Robert Gamez (-140) over John Daly

This guy is average at best, but always seems to crack the top 25 in this event. I never expect much out of JD especially this early in the season and with little experience on this course.

Good Luck Everyone...

Had a few beers with and Mike (cad) at Colonial during his rookie year. They were a blast, He can be a fireball with the Tude when play doesn't go his way.

Besides playing some of your alls recommendations, here is what I will add:

OUTRIGHT

S. Cink - +3928 @ Pinny - 1/2 of a unit to win

H2H

S. Flesch over J. Parnevik - 72 Holes +110 @ Pinny

Neither of these guys normally play well out of the shoot in Hawaii. However, Flesch has only made the trip and played in the Sony when he was already there to play in the Mercedes.

This year he is spending the dow to go over early without already being there for the Mercedes.

I like his chances.

I am quite in agreement with you there, TU--if you would have bet him @ 16/1 in every event he played last year you'd have doubled your money--Was debating between him or Stricker @ 14/1 @ SB but believe will climb on Green with you.

Outright to place top 5 @ Oly
N Green 16/1

72 scoring props
Under 266 -130 @ WW
Under 264.5 -115 @ HW

72 Holes @ 5dimes

Mark Calcavecchia (Tourn) 1/11/2007 8:00:01 AM - (EST)
-110
Opponent: Daisuke Maruyama (Tourn

Peter Lonard (Tourn) 1/11/2007 8:00:01 AM - (EST)
+105
Opponent: Tom Pernice (Tourn

Bohn-107 over Wetterich @ Pinn

drat drat and double drat--just ssaw this @ Pinnacle when checking line I wagered at--
Effective Immediately...

After careful consideration, Pinnacle Sports have chosen to voluntarily exit the U.S. market. Accordingly, wagers will no longer be accepted from clients within the U.S. as of Thursday, January 11, 2007. :(

Between Green Bay and Iowa City
Outrights:

Nathan Green(+6050 and 16/1) e.w. @ the greek
- - He came so far last season and handled it so beautifully, in August I had his name burnished upstairs for backing every step of the way (without need of analysis) during his return to Oz to conclude 2007. But I lost interest last fall as quickly as I was losing my outs, and I doubt 5dimes even offered a chance to put a win only wager on his name in the events he played in. Now, it's unlikely he's as hungry at this moment as I would like him to be.

Davis Love(25/1) e.w. @ thegreek
- - His mind and game are poised for the start of a very fine season. He's playing golf, and accepting the consequence, one shot at a time, more or less righteously, IMO.

Charles Howell(80/1 and 16/1) e.w. @ 5dimes and thegreek
- - Very gifted and bright - he will get it figured out . . . Overdue.

J.B. Holmes(+550) for Top Ten @ the greek
- - I wouldn't bet on Sergio winning while he was in his regripping phase, and I can't bet on Holmes winning a title while he's employing that counterproductive pre-shot putting routine . . .

He had a lot of value goin into this tourney, if he keeps it up it will be time to fade him. I liked him over couch.. but def didnt think hed finish in the top 10. It interesting seein the short ball strikers climb to the top this week :SIB

4th rd

Green over Perry -105 @ VIP
Furyk (-3.5 strokes) +105 over Fujikawa @ WSEX
Donald (-.5)-120 over Howell @ WSEX

Don't see Perry playing that well as course has strong bias toward faders with only two dog legs left--green not to shabby on weekend here in past going 65-64 last year

3 1/2 lots of strokes to give someone rankig 1st in GIRS after 3rd rd--but would be a steal against someone that missed with 75-77 in amatuer event few weeks back--who shows up?

Sure wish Fujikawa would have been i shot worse--sitting with several positions on Stricker and Zinger
who will bear brunt of fans distactions as they rush ahead to view the youngster behind them--
