How can they be a preffered book? I know people that have been waiting 4 months for a payout. :shrug:

Not to mention I have money tied up in one of there sister books and I'm waiting since 1st week of june for a payout.

I would steer clear of all Jazette Enterprises Limited (JEL) sportsbooks as they have the same SLOWPAY issues from what I've seen.

i've never received a complaint about them. slow pay is because of the payment processors and the books have no control. i've been waiting for 3 weeks from a top 5 book but am not worried. it's hard moving money these days because of our laws now.

I can agree with that somewhat. I made a withdrawal from wsex after the above mentioned withdrawal and got the check in 5 weeks. Not fast but I can live with that. I'm on week 13 with the other 1 and nothing but empty promises.

I give you credit- I think. I like their website, but I could never handle that wait. It doesn't take any other places that are rated that highly to make a stinkin payout.

y wait that long for payouts, don't they have western union payouts which u get the next day :shrug: i mean it only cost about $30 or so to get a payout by western union or u people just that cheap

I never had issues until Jazette took over. Before that it was ACH in 2 to 3 days tops. Now I can't get them to pay by any method and believe me I've tried.

I've never had any issues with Sportsbook.com as far as paying out.....but it has been kind of a weird site the last couple of weeks.

Sat 9/8 and Sun9/9, it took over an hour in the morning to log onto their website....i figured it was getting close to the early kick offs, so maybe they had traffic issues.

But, this past Saturday, I could not place any bets in the morning. I got a few plays in the night before, but from 10:30 to noon, no lines ever appeared. It said "lines are not available for this event" when i went to place a wager. Lines became available later on the day, but for the second straight Saturday (for two different reasons), i could not get any action in during the final hour, hour and a half before kick.....same things for NFL week 1.....its goofy because i;ve never had much problem before.

Wonder if anyone else had that same issue......particularily this past saturday when lines weren't available most of Saturday morning.

this is just a guess....

the sportsbooks doing business with the US have a lot more business this year and a lot more than they had planned on (because of all the books that left the US market). this past week several books had huge server overload problems. i suspect the database servers for sportsbook.com were having problems.

if it happens again this weekend, let me know and i'll look into that as well.

I received 2 checks from Sportsbook.com in the past month, they both took about 3 weeks to get them.

I have been a customer of theirs, for over five years .
They sent a check from Lebanon two months ago, and my bank wouldn't cash it. I contacted them, and they said they would put a stop payment on it, and redeposit it into my account.
I even offered to overnight the check back to them, but they declined that offer. This was over a month ago, and they keep blaming their processors !!! I've had numerous conversations with them, and they even asked me to fax a voided check, so they could wire the funds into my acct. After about 100 phone calls, and just as many emails to them, I'm about ready to post this on every forum available !!!
Any help would be appreciated !!!
Is it safe to put my acct. number on here, or would you like me to email it to you ?

email me your account ID and the SPECIFIC problem as detailed as you can get and i'll get your information into the right hands.

there ARE processor problems and it's not their fault your bank would not take their check.

Thanks Jack, I sent it to you, and I was told by them, that numerous people had the same problem with the checks. Most major banks, wouldn't accept the Beirut checks , and they put a "stop payment" on the entire batch, from that processor.

it would've been easier to find a bank that would've cashed it.
