Wow!!! I'm very, very impressed with Pitt in this game!! They came back and proved they are for real in this playoff/super bowl race!!! They proved me wrong today...that's for sure. Congrats Pitt backers!!!

This defense is just outstanding. Hell of a win!!

i`d like to alert the baltimore bashers that jackson is watching....

with the banning stick at the ready(and rightfully so)...:nono:

Why bash? We all know they are destine for a wildcard, that's where they are. Division goes to Pittsburgh again. Only thing more gratifying would be to knock them out at Heinz in January. Say what you want about Ben but the guy knows how to finish, even without a running game. Steelers bashers comment...

Here We Go Steelers, Here We Go.:00hour

Surprised that was not a TD call on the field, but at the same time, it did not look conclusive enough to overturn.

To me, it was one of those calls that could be considered "correct" on the field regardless of how they called it, because you could not determine either way how it should have been called on review....they must have had some super slo mo, freeze frame, blow up picture in the booth.

Eh, I'll take it ...... besides Ben scores on the fourth down QB sneak anyway.:SIB

"the bunker"
great point--it should apply to the front of the end zone if it applies to the sides and the back, right?

no....two feet in the end zone is meaningless unless the ball breaks the plane of the end zone with possession........

and the replay official ruled tht the ball broke the plane of the end zone...that`s why it was ruled a t.d...

had nothing to do with "two feet" as the ref wrongly indicated...

Holmes catches the ball up high with his hands and is across the goaline, then his momentum as he tucks the ball carries him out. That's why it was a TD.

"the bunker"
i have no idea why the ref said "2 feet"....a total blunder on his part that muddied the waters and confused fans....

didn`t we see a similar blunder in a primetime game on a muff taken in for a td?...

sad reffing...
