I bought BCRX at 2.00..It went as high as 3.80 and currently sits at 3.56..All this in 3 weeks. It is a bio shop that I hope finds the cure for Corona AND goes to 4 gazillion a share.:popcorn2

Currently sits around 5.00..:SIB

My buddy bought draftkings at around 15.00 when it was DEAC,,The other day it merged and went to DKNG for the symbol. Went to 20 bucks I believe and is now at 19.35....Funny thing is he had zero idea they offered legal gambling,,He thought they were all still fantasy sports.

This thing is like a rocket. I feel like I missed out.

IBIO:

Maybe not, she's free falling again....."Should" be no need to rush in as it tends to drop, level off and slowly move down more....I'm sitting on the sidelines a few days and watching....If it gets back down around a buck I'll jump back in....

if you google draftking there are a whole bunch of places like Forbes,Baron etc they give you their opinions
I hate recommending stocks for anybody because over the years every person who had a tip on a stock ..selling my parents or fellow teachers always always failed..
We had a teacher who told everybody about a stock Purple Mountain ...we had teachers, coaches, teacher aides kitchen aides, hall monitors custodians who all bought it at 3 1/3 ...think I was the only person in the school that didn't buy it...it hung around for 2 years and went bankrupt..they all lost everything... to this day when we have reunions I still can't say something about Purple Mountain ..
but draftking is a little different .. I played it and have a fantasy account ..then last year they became New Jersey on line gambling partner ..think they are now in 5 states. online gambling..

if you google one of their sites someone says it could go to $75 a share...others say no way ,,,just do your own homework ..all of us here at MJ's do have some experience in this field... not sure if that is helpful or not I think it is... today it went up to over $30 or $31...but the whole market went up .. A friend of mine a few days ago did buy it at 28 or 29 and he is thinking " he missed the boat" I don't think so and I'm one of those people that think once this country gets it act together Draftking will go up ,,one of those articles I read in google said.. the new generation of gamblers will be on line gamblers ..

who knows where this goes but many say " damn it opened up at 16 3/4 a few weeks ago when it went public and now is at 30 " I guess I missed it " .. I don't think so because when its 50 you could be saying " wow I really did miss the boat"
My advice is to google DKNG..so may articles on it .. do your own homework maybe its to late now but maybe not...
good luck

Thanks for the reply. I just wanted to know your general opinion. I agree though, you have to enter and buy at your own risk/position. It has been awhile since I posted this thread, but I'm still holding onto the following :

INO at $8.04
PENN at $13.60
LYV at $41.06
LTRPA at $2.79

On the other hand, I got my ass handed to me trying to trade SDC and Zoom. I made $ but wish I had held onto Boeing, Disney, and PTON.

Clev...on the Austin radio sports talk show the "horn" yesterday the 2 morning DJ's had a regular call in// it was about Draftking...they both said :" stop,we both bought it and want to keep it quiet...think sports people and fans are thinking the same thing...one guy was talking about watching car trucks last night he said " I can't go any lower then that" ....
What is Penn? that was another stock one of the articles about draftking talked about... they recommended Penn and draftking...think I'll just sit on draftking for now..

just keep saying you have to do your own homework...
My brother-in law told my parents years ago buy Enterprise Energy or Tech...it was $2 a share.. my parents believed him because he was a neurologist at Columbia Presbyterian. think his parents bought over $20,000 worth and mine about half of that...it was off the market in 2 years...went broke ...there was no homework to do .. it was someones tip that got passed on..and on and on The teacher that promoted Purple Mountain was listed as the Vice president in a letter a year later..don't think he ran off with the money but was just used by someone else who made a lot of money ... inside tips are like me saying take Marist over Iona +7/ I have an inside tip...no way..now if I'm court side and Marists top player who is listed probable isn't suited up during warmups I giving out information.. but thats not a tip because Marists 1st player off the bench is getting a chance of a lifetime
anyway if you are interested in any stock do your own homework

Online sports gaming company DraftKings is almost a pure-play investment on U.S. legal sports betting and iGaming growth, according to Morgan Stanley.

Note: DraftKings merged with special purpose acquisition company Diamond Eagle (NASDAQ: DKNG) and the stock started to trade last Friday.

The Diamond Eagle Analyst

Thomas Allen initiated coverage of Diamond Eagle (NASDAQ: DKNG) with an Overweight rating and $23 price target.

The Diamond Eagle Thesis

The legal online sports and gambling market in the U.S. remains in the very early stages but as new states legalize the market, total revenue should rise eight-fold from less than $1.5 billion in 2019 to $12 billion in 2025.

Allen said the assumption is based on an average spend per adult of $40, which is a discount to more developed markets like the United Kingdom and Australia. DraftKings is likely to command a 20% market share of the sports betting category and 15% of online gambling.

DraftKings is backed by more than $500 million of net cash, which is further strengthened by national advertising. By comparison, many of DraftKings' competitors are facing difficulties with their liquidity positions. As such, the company should become profitable in 2023, achieve EBITDA of $640 million in 2025, and $1 billion in 2028.

Unlike some of DraftKings' peers, the company has no brick-and-mortar presence or international regulatory risks, the analyst wrote in the note. This warrants a premium valuation given its direct exposure to the legal U.S. sports and gambling market.

DKNG Price Action

Shares of Diamond Eagle trade around $19.41.

Latest Ratings for DKNG

found this on the internet yesterday june 5th
draftking went down 2 points yesterday 1st time it went down .. saw that California and New York might go to on line gambling not sure if Draftking is involved like it is in New Jersey

stock closed at 39 on Friday June 5th has gone down a few points after 3 weeks of going up Motley says sell now . Stock price forecast CNN says after going up to 35.00 a share CNN ..after going up to 43.72 this week the high estimate was 35 and the low was 25.00 Buy Draftking on nest big pullback says Investor Place what does that mean ?? Market Watch,Tip Ranks all have different opinions buy now or sell
All I know is that it did hit 43 early in the week and 38 but the state of Michigan has just signed with Draftking on line gambling ..that is now 6 states still think this stock will soar up once sports starts up agaon the NBA and NHL are almost set baseball is a problem but you can still bet Igor vs Vladimer in Russian ping pong .. Ogor is -112 because he has some backhand

update draftking last week was down to 36-38 but today June 15th it went up 4 pts closed at 41.70 and thats still without any sports betting yet except Nascar and golf...again think when some of these sports start playing it will keep going up and up

INO exploded this week. Just wondering what you think its ceiling is? Thanks

Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk

I honestly think the ceiling is dependent on a vaccine. From watching it closely since I got in the second week of April, it has had a few knifes here and there, but had slow climbs/plateaus for the most part and the occasional spike. I don?t fear that it?s gonna drop back to its original spot and it?ll continue to gradually up trend.

I bought TVIX last week at $139. They?re going to delist soon (July 2 I think), but I think it?s a good insurance policy for this crazy market that just feels like a pit is coming.
