Like and took Kharitonov. He lost to Monson by north south choke recently but AA is not going to take him down.

Appears to in better condition than when in 2006 he lost back to back fights to Overeem and Alex Emelianenko when his back and shoulder was in really bad shape. Is actually the last man to beat Overeem in MMA.

AA is on a 3 fight losing streak. His chin is questionable and he is facing someone who can hit very hard

Like and took Kharitonov.

Brother of my friend is buddy with Kharitonov. Info is that he has big big problems with both knees and that because of that he would like to fight under K1 rules more than MMA rules. I'm just a messanger here and not sure how much is this worth.

Good luck with your bet.

I wouldn't bet the Arlovski-Kharitonov fight in this lifetime

They are both bums - and in a bum fight anybody can win

Ah fuck:facepalm: . Fixes his upper body then lower body goes out on him. Good thing here is I don't see AA shooting for the takedown

Still a loss here would not be the end of the world

Stefo +130 1unit

He's much shorter than Overeem but he uses an over hand right to catch taller guys. His power with the small gloves should be too much. As long as this thing stays standing he'll win IMO.

That's it unless I find something I like enough to wrap up with Fedor. I think he absolutely makes quick work of Silva. His speed is going to be way too much and I would expect a renewed desire to demonstrate that he's the best.

I think this is the correct play for this fight. Overeem has some skills but never made the most of them. He has been arm-barred by Gilbert Yvel and heel hooked by Vovchanchyn and is very hittable. Yet somehow he has wins over Couture, Sobral and Ian Freeman

i took a shot on Fedor +150 and Werdum +900 i think it was to win the tourney. Kinda wish i didn't cause a lot of times a guy gets hurt even if he wins. Did this a week ago.

Went to look back at the recent UFC and Sefo did not look in great shape. At 40 years of age and with not a full training camp behind him I think his window of opportunity to win this will be the first round

Anyone going to watch the weigh ins for this event? If I'm not busy I'm going to try and catch them.

I can't believe I'm going to say this but I think I'm going to be making a play on AA. He was careless vs Rogers but that fight might make for a perfect setup for him to be really good hear. If he uses his speed he's a really tough fight for other hws.

in the fight game where a lot of it is mental preparation and just can't bring myself to bet on someone who has admitted to playing Russian Roulette

I know man, it wont' be a big play but I have to say I'm leaning his way for a small one.

Good luck. I'm already on the other side with Kharitonov. The odds are pretty good for both fighters.

It's a fight between two guys who have really fallen. Kharitonov when he arrived on the scene fans where saying potential top 5 heavyweight. Then his body started to fall to pieces.

AA after recovering from early losses to Rizzo and Rico Rod rebounded and looked at times almost unstoppable. Good boxing, footwork and leg kick mixed in with solid TDD and submission skills. Just never worked out for either fighter the way most expected it to

there`s some love for del rosario and villante.......and i`m getting the shakes from the possibility of not having any action this weekend...

normally,i won`t touch this....but i parred idel rosario(-185) with marquardt(-280) as a sort of future play.....at a little better than even odds...

del rosario could get ktfo if he isn`t verrrry careful...

still thinking about sticking villante in with something...

if i can get +160 or better with sefo,i might take a flyer...not anxious,though....

anybody scared to wager on fedor?......sometimes that first loss leads to a downhill slide...

I think Fedor will blitz Silva. kind of like he did with Goodridge. He got careless against Werdum and while I do think he is the greatest heavyweight ever that decline from the tops hits everyone. Just not this weekend though...

i`m gonna add a small villante(-255)/sefo-overeem under 1.5 (-250)rds parlay at roughly even odds.............

check overeem`s record...an amazing amount of his fights have ended in the 1st round win or lose...53 fights...3 in which "the distance" was n/a.....2 finished in the second rd....

the rest in the 1st?...whoa !...

if that -250 was -205,i might play it straight....but -250 might be a bridge too far..

that`s pretty amazing...

slept on villante and it cost me some equity...

btw...i`m getting an itchy jock regarding fedor(at least i hope that`s what it`s from :rimshot) ......he`s giving up some serious size here..lots of inactivity....looks very soft(but that`s not unusual)....

i could see anvil head laying on fedor for long stretches...

Adding

AA +105 1unit

I wish Arlovski could add something to his chin like he has to his body. He's much thicker than he was a few years ago. He use to be very lean for his frame but not he has added some mass. I hope that doesn't take away from his quickness.

I love watching Fedor. He really is a freak of nature. You look at these big HWs and they all have something about them that screams big bad dude but he doesn't. This could be a really good fight(I doubt it) because Silva is a good HW and has a good skill set. IMO he gets over whelmed by Fedor's speed like most every other HW does.
