Daley Smith is the only fight that is even remotely interesting. Good thing they don't have to do PPV to make a buck.

im praying that Daley is no more than 2 to 1 because i think he just smashes Smith. can't see it going past 1 round or halfway thru two.

True.........but Lindland brain is mush. It won't take much to KO Lindland.

Smith has solid chin and can take a beating. Daley will gas if it goes three.

That is very tempting:scared Henderson won the first fight via split decision in 1999. Henderson at 40 is clearly past his prime but that Greco game is tough to counter. Any news out there on his back?

i have seen a bunch of interviews (with Hendo)where he fiddles around what was wrong in his last fight. He just doesn't make excuses but i think his back was bothering him and the weight cut was that much harder. He seems a lot happier fighting at 205. Says he is at 203 now. He say's he feels very good but then again who doesn't? When did we ever see him get thrown around like he did his last fight? Is Shields really that good? He was almost knock out the first thirty seconds of the fight. I know one thing when u have a bad back u are next to worthless let alone trying to fight a guy who can wrestle. Right before the Shields fight the announcers said Hendo had all kinds of problems making weight and his back. Sure enuf the odds were down (when i went to wash my bet)and i lost a boat load in that fight.

Bad weather in England (snow) delayed Daley's arrival in the US. He has had problems with weight before. This could affect the cut for him. I'm staying away from this one but if both healthy then Daley should win

Plays so far

1.25 units on Lawler

Yeah Lindland could take him down and submit him but I don't think MMA fighting has been's Matt's number 1 priority the last few years. The big difference here should be age: 28 to 40

Non betting fights/ views

Was tempted on Sobral but I don't know which Henderson is going to turn up. Plus Sobral has been known to have terrible game plans in the past in big fights - see Liddell 2.

If Daley's weight cut went well he should destroy Smith. Likewise Silva should have no trouble with Kyle.

Still investigating the Radach/St Preux fight

daley should bludgeon smith...even a half-assed daley....smith is tailor-made for daley...

radach and st preux is a verrry interesting fight....radach late replacement....very short camp.....fighting at 20 pounds above his natural weight....

radach is good...he was toying with smith until he got caught....but he`s really rolling the dice fighting with a 5 inch height disadvantage at 205......he beats guys on the feet...that will be difficult to do here given the size and training issues...

puzzles me...dude must really need the money...

Scott Smith beat Paul Daley $3.90 (+290) *1 Joe Rogan

Why Daley gets any love is beyond me? He is so massively over-rated it isn't even funny. And let us not forget Jorge Masvidal beat him. Well at least I thought Jorge Masvidal won that fight.

Daley will gas if this goes three, add to the fact that Smith is one tough motherfucker, odds are juicy. If Daley doesn't finish Smith early he's in trouble. I will take the massive odds on Smith thank ya very much:SIB

Bottom line Daley will win if this fight ends early, if not....Daley is in trouble.

And yes, I know......Smith likes to get punched in the head:hitwithro

Styles make fights and this is bad matcup for Smith who is an average boxer at best. I don't remember Daley gassing against Koscheck. he just couldn't stop a takedown. Something Smith will never try. Odds went up to -500 at BetCris at one point yesterday. Now at -360. To dam high to take a risk. there is a reason Shields and Kos did everything they could to take him down. Smith can't.

smith is a pedestrian fighter....if you took into account the actual scoring of all his fights(and disregard hail mary finishes),he loses practically every fight(recently..in the large organizations vs live opponents) ....practically every round...

he`s not a very good fighter...he`s there for entertainment value...people enjoy seeing him get maimed with the potential of lucking out late with a big shot...leanard garcia is very similar....

they`re dana white`s kind of fighters...glorified "toughman" contestants...

these two are also most likely to create problems for mma`s future...why?...because imo, they are the guys most likely to become seriously injured in the ring at some point...there was a time when mma had trouble getting sanctioned because of it`s brutality...one ring death and the critics will come out of the closet en masse...

now, smith is the bigger man here...but he`s cutting to 170....

i guess he could outlast daley..but daley`s never been k.o.`ed(short of a one-time thumb injury stoppage)....and that weight cut at over 30 probably won`t help his conditioning...

he`s not nearly as technical or quick as daley...and he fights daley`s fight......a perfect storm...

will he be able to take a ridiculous pummeling and somehow outlast daley?...

i guess it`s possible...but he`ll take some god-awful punishment doing so....

my personal opinion is that daley hits harder and is just plain tougher and better than guys like radach and pete sell...particlarly vs a guy that will do exactly what daley wants him to do...

if you check daley`s resume, most accomplished wrestler/grappler/jiu jits guys have an excellent chance of beating him...and some do ...that`s not smith`s thing,though...

but who knows?...maybe he`s the first to out-strike daley...be a real feather in his cap...

i just hope he doesn`t get killed..

GW, I think even at the price Daley is a good bet. You know he hits hard to know Kampman out and IMO if he can do that he can take Smith out.

Smith had a little on the handles but for him to drop a class is going to take a lot out of him the first fight. I think in the long run he might be ok but for this fight I think he's going to lose a lot of his strength and power.(ala Diego)

I just can't decide how much to play on him. That mainly has to do with the fact that I know I could be sweating until the final bell rings since Smith is in there.

If you going to play Daley I would do it in a parlay. Smith does hit hard when he connects and has the power to put anyone to sleep at 185 and below
