Was hoping the Melendez line would be more playable. That said Masvidal is tough as nails and is probably unfairly remembered for being on the end of one of the greatest submissions ever from Toby Imada. Since returning to 155 he has two good wins over Evangelista and Noons. He will have a height and reach advantage over Melendez who likes to bang on his feet and I think is the better striker but Melendez hits harder.

It would be a huge upset if Masvidal pulls this off but I think Melendez connects late in the fight for a come from behind victory

Even though Yamanaka is the taller fighter I think she has zero chance. Sure the odds may be nice but they could be +1000000000. I only play a line if I can see a way the fighter will win. Then if I do and the price is appealing then I will bite. To play a line just because of the odds will result in long term failure:popcorn2

Her best win is against the much smaller Akano (they are 1 for 1), who also battled bravely against Cyborg. I think she is a tough lady and she may hang around for a round or two but she falls to strikes

Jerron Peoples weighs in at 180.5 pounds for a 170 pound fight
:scared

Now that is beyond pathetic. No way he should be allowed to fight.

I hope he had some kind of an injury that kept him from shedding the pounds. Either way, I hope he gets a stiff penalty and a pink slip.
