i agree with dunclock....where does carano go from here?...doesn`t appear that a rematch will be much different.....
this was a nightmare for strikeforce....but,they still have an ace-in-the-hole(fedor)......
maybe they get lucky and some of cyborg`s post fight bloodwork comes back ?????...

Size never beats talent and skill (Silva vs Forrest) Over blown hype never beats talent (Gina/Cyborg) Next will be this over blown hype machine with Cung Lee if he ever fights again. Shields will destroy him. Just please kindly wait till fight night so i can get better odds:SIB .
I watched this on a feed so my thoughts may be a little off a bit, but i have to agree with Ghost, a star was born tonight. Not sure if it was my feed but boy did Mousasi look as relax as u can be in the ring. It was almost like a man against a boy. Oh and i realize that a great game planner isn't gonna beat a talent level a lot better then his fighter.
This was my first time ever seeing Mousasi fight. He reminded me of Anderson Silva with his demeanor and even his physical appearance. I would love to see Mousasi v. Silva. Now I know why others have been saying Mousasi is the only 185lb fighter that might be able to beat him.
I was going to post something similar last night when that clown first got on camera. Showtime needs to dump his ass. He looks like a turd, his commentary is mediocre, and his voice inflection makes it sound like he is trying too hard.
Actually, that whole team of commentators sucks. They have to be able to do better.

Well, I guess the move up in weight didn't mess with Mousasi at all. I would love to see he and Anderson but Mousasi has said he will not fight at MW anymore.

i said this about this clown a year or so ago. He is awful for MMA because he reminds me of a WWE announcer bullshitting the audience with his full of shit hype. For a guy just getting interested in the sport he will fool them but for us guys who have been watching u can see right thru him. First time i heard him he was hyping Cung Lee as if he was Bruce Lee. Like Six Five i do like Gus tho. I could listen to Gus call anything.
Had some people over last night to see the Gina debacle. They were MMA fans and they all thought the announcers with horrible. The clown, as you guys cal him, looks like a bobblehead. He is a disgrace to a sport looking for recognition. He belongs in wrestling if anywhere. Johnson is palatable but Shamrock is a joke. They could do the sport a favor by getting some professionals.
Doubt we will see Gina in the ring again as a fighter, though she may not want to go out this way. She has tons of opportunities available. Hell, put her on the announcing teams.
