With the expected weather I doubt any wideout has a special day. And texas will have all the starters back in the secondary for the first time in several weeks.
Thats why they are called opinions.

Not really....Mizzou was a fraud as I had previously discussed. Texas is not last year's team, but they are no Mizzou. And AM is the worst 6-1 team in the country...the Huskers dont deserve that comparison either.
He wasnt comparing the teams, he was comparing the situation of a better Missou team going into A&M. Just like a better, in your opinion, UT team going into Lincoln. I agree that UT and NU are both better then those teams.
Is it your opinion that NU is a better team the Texas right now?
Uhh UT is alot better than Mizzou. I dont think it is a vlaid comparison at all. Heck at my book AM went off as the favorite at kickoff.
As for "opinions" I dont think the weatehr is an opinion. It is what it is.
Ive been to several rainy games where Wide Outs have big days. Thats another fact.
Yea...not with your Qb or 40 mph winds, or against a top 5 defense.
I am trying to objective on all of this....if you want to be ahomer that's fine, but dont try and color it as some sort of analysis.
Nebraska is not very good. But it is a tough place to play. While Texas-OU is a tough environment, it isnt the same. There alos may be some significant weather issues. On a neutral field I think Texas would rout them. But Lincoln is no picnic.
The line is about where I thought it would be. People citing stats above are just silly. I dont care much about Nebraska's defense ratings - look who they have played. The stats are quite deceptive. I know what Kansas did to them. In Lincoln. As for Texas, the have defensive issues, again regardless of the stats. Missing Dockery hurts, but thye have plenty of line depth.
Texas is clearly the better team. But the better team doesnt always win. AS anyone who follows me knows I have no problem pciking against the Horns. But right now this is a no play to me. If it is rainy and windy as forecast, you have to consider a small play on texas simply because they will run the ball all day and that doesnt suit Nebraska.
Great analysis. :142smilie :142smilie :142smilie :sadwave: :sadwave: I really like the running the ball doesnt suit Nebraska.
If Texas does not cover -6.5..........
I will never post at MJ's again.

I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that UT will make this much easier than most of you think.....:SIB
