THanks Keith, what are your early thoughts on Penn state this season, at first glance the roster looks pretty good.

The new OC from Kansas should help Allar look much better. Manny Fernandez was a very good DC but the defense is always solid. The Big 10 got tougher with the expansion (especially Oregon this year) but Penn State is ABSOLUTELY a playoff team.
