Looks like I might be late but as of right now there are still 8 unconfirmed squares, so these fall through I'd probably like to get in. I'll try to keep checking this thread occasionally... thought perhaps Jack (or someone who gets my e-mail from Jack) could remind me if room becomes available? :toast:

Who has this guys email? Anyone?? Thanks.

while is certainly appreciated your running this, as is the action i look forward to on SB, imagine would be easier if accepted paypal. does no one you know, that could trust, have an account?

imagine would quell some of the logistic headaches.

again, not trying to tell you how to run your pool, and i'm sure this isnt a new idea from peoples here

Sorry I missed this. Was in last year's. If someone backs out, I'd be glad to take the square.

If you want to pay an extra 4.9% to pay me then I don't have a problem with paypal.

That's $250 expensed by paypal for those wondering why we don't use it. 5 squares.

I think most people around here are smarter than that, and see it as a rip off.

A stamp and a check/mo worked with everyone but you.

Sorry Tball, I made every effort to have you included in this years contest.

i wasnt trying to be difficult or create situation, what have you; and further, do appreciate your addressing (my question) all the same.

i know for a fact i'm certainly not one of the smart people...

as a smart person would've known more about what he/she was talking about, which clearly is not the case with my understanding (lack thereof) with paypal.

as it is, i hardly use paypal (prolly exclusively on ebay) and was unaware of any included fees -so do apologize for my general malaise-induced cluelessness.

as it is, a check / mo does work for me -as had it sent out accordingly. obviously i (unintendedly) struck a nerve, which was clearly not my desire. i think i said thanks for doin this (all), though surely by now seems an empty gesture.

i dont know how much more self-efacing, apologetic i can be here, to try and make up for however out-of-line i am/was. if further self imposed tongue lashings are warranted, then by all means please let me know.

sorry for confusion(on my behalf). -t

I try to read everything these days in a positive light.

I hope you will reread my response, while short, it was not to be taken as negative, I promise.

Again, I wish everyone could participate, and I admit, I have a lap top in my den that usually sits on Madjack Sports through out the day. I hardly ever just watch tv or read my kindle but surf this site as well.

I know that isn't the case for everyone and after a day of waiting I had to think of the group and not just a single member.

Again, I meant no disrespect and it wasn't written in a negative light.

Thanks Tball for your suggestions though and your responses.
