My fucking paypal, which I have been using for years, is telling my account is now limited and I cant send money. Until I verify somethings which I did the first two, but the 3rd is have them call your home phone & I dont have a landline in my home. So I have to wait for them to mail me a 6 digit code.
And even if send a check today, no way will it get to Chicago by tomorrow.
