paypal charges a "prick fee"....so when sending money to BleedDodgerBlue one must pay the "prick fee", usually the fee is only 50 cents but since BleedDodgerBlue is a big prick the fee triples in value.

The time I took away to have this happen today. Yet Yahoo will not let me register? How can I fix this.
