BULLS were down 8 under a minute, NOAH gets called for moving screen as CHI hits a 3 PTR, no basket. CHI is pissed, they foul twice to get into the penalty and GASOL hits 2 FTS. LAKERS by 10.... then CHI has the ball, miss a layup, tip in, moves the ball out, then throws it up top but past the BULL to an all alone KOBE for a dunk! LAKERS by 12... CHI almost loses the ball again a few times, misses a three, gets the rebound and then the THREE to make it NINE. :shocked:
That was the difference for the game as well, as LAKERS were favored by 9-10.5 most of the day...

PORTLAND came out just as I thought, played good defense and were scoring at a good pace, then they take the lead and quit... :cuss: An 8-0 run to end the third, and the mojo goes back to the KINGS! :scared
Can I get one easy winner tonight??? :shrug: It's still ok, we got back 4 of the 8 we need to win, but come on, how about pulling away for once.
End of the SUNS game had me on tilt as well... SUNS miss a short jumper for two, grab the offensive board and take it back out for a 3 with under a minute to go and up 10!
They hit it, but SPURS come right back and score so it's ok.... down come the SUNS and ANOTHER 3!! Are you fricking serious??? BLAIR hits the shot at the buzzer to make it a push, but some got it at -3.5 and the total dropped from 101.5 to 101 and the 10 pt flurry in 50 seconds made that a PUSH as well.... :thefinger

Finally a good win after so many close losses the past two days. I really really wanted to put 10 Units on this one, but was watching the end of the SUNS/SPURS debacle and lost focus... then got gun shy and :scared
I'll take the win though... :mj1: at least the end was a bit more relaxing than the rest of the night, and like a "good" Chinese massage, had a happy ending! :142smilie :mj07: :142smilie :mj07: :142smilie :mj07:
