You have to go into your privacy settings and allow the Tapatalk app to have access to your photos. Then click the paper clip at the bottom center of your screen.
Click the camera icon on the lower left to take a picture to post.
That's how I do it on my iPhone, have no ideas how it works with other phones...:shrug:

When you are posting and want to add a pic hit the plus sign + in the bottom left corner. Then you can select the camera in the bottom left and take a live pic or the next icon over opens your photo library. Pic a pic and post.
