well it depends on where ya placed the bet.......for me the bet was voided, but it depends where you placed your bet....some books say one point must be played.....some say one set must be played and some say match must be completed for bet to stand.

Always check rules before ya bet.....for example when I bet a huge fav 90% of the time I make sure the match must be completed for bet to stand....but if I bet a dog sometimes you can get lucky with a fav spraining his ankle and you win :)

I think Roddick's just too inconsistent. He does show signs of potential greatness occasionally though. Remember his hard fought win against Al Aynaoui?

I think the prize money has something to do with all these upset's, is it just me or do the big name player's try harder at grand slam's? I expect to se less upset's at the Pacific life open in Cali.

geez......the guy rolled is ankle.......give him a break :D

and T.O.O.

in the men's game everybody can beat everybody.......there is almost no difference between a guy ranked 500 and a guy ranked 300.........or a guy ranked 200 and a guy ranked 50

the depth in men's tennis is unbelievable.....it all comes down to who plays the big points....that's all it is.........I'll say it again..the depth in the men's game is absolutely insane.........I myself would knock of a guy ranked 600 spots ahead of me and then the next day lose to a guy ranked 8 billion.........it's just insane........

now the women's game............that's a joke........all I can say about that :) So T.O.O be careful with your huge favs...unless your talking about the women........because when one of the Williams sisters plays a girl ranked 100th in the world; I'd compare it to a boxing match between Holyfield and Ms Butterworth :D ...yes that's how much of a joke the women's game is :p

Ya, it's starting to become obvious that less upset's occur in women's tennis, i'm still waiting for lines for the Pacific life open (WTA)

"Where do you get this bullshit?"

well.......depends on the book.......the book you use should have the tennis rules somewhere.....if not.......then I don't know what to tell ya :D

for example at Olympic it says right there on the bet screen :p

"A Ball must be served for bets to stand."
