Pet still has a long way to go. She turned it on at end of set one, and had no problem taking points on King serve, but her own serve isn't doing much, and she made a lot of UE under zero pressure.
Venus should win. Line seems low to me. Puig has been playing well.
This is a day of 300-400 favs. Like walking through a field of land mines.
Woz cruised over Soler, who had been playing well. Petk won with difficulty. Stosur cruised over Erak, who might have been thought to play better. Venus, Pavlyu and Morita should win. Burdette stepped up and bit Lisicki in the ass, but Burdette has been playing very well, so was not a total surprise.
Yeah, I'm on Morita. Not so much on her as anti-Vosko, who I was on last round, and had real trouble with her serve. Morita has played well enough I think she wins here, and reasonable price.
My main play was petkovic, man that was hairy.
I have a parlay with some favs in it. Basically, the only dog I see in the later matches is Vekic. But I'm not betting either side of that, she's just the only one I think has a good shot to win.
Before posting here I went against Burdette repeatedly and lost every time. Today I saw her play for first time, she's good. These German chicks are spotty these days, I don't know why. Lisicki and Kerber and Petkovic, you just cant hit them blindly or you get burned. Then again, I thought Soler would at the least up a battle and she got rolled. It's not easy. Really have to be careful. I play dogs, big dogs, and fav-parlays, while looking for somethign to hammer. My main two plays today are Petkovic and Morita. Morita is up right now, hopefully can hold on. I liked Pavly also, but I just don't trust her enough after she burned me last couple times. But she seems to have clicked on last match.
I appreciate your discussing it. I have no one to talk to about this stuff, that's why I registered. I like seeing a little tennis kindling here, want to see it grow into a fire.
Never know with Venus these days, but barring a line collapse as we saw with Barthel yesteday, I have to think she wins, even if it takes her a set to warm up.

I have follow lots of tennis, just started posting....!
I'm from Monterrey, played highschool & college in does courts, so I know pretty well that Open....
Lets hope we can finish strong... this week...
I'm sad I will miss Babos vs. Ivanovic game tomorrow, will be nice to see how babos handles ANA...

Is that right? You ever go over to South Padre, I love it down there.
Ivic has been hot lately. I know Babos has good history.
I've seen a very plausible case laid out that doubles tennis is even better for betting than singles. But we in US don't have access to the Euro books that take action on the lower-level matches.
