Texas joins the SEC

Big celebration this week in Austin TX. Texas officially joins the SEC leaving the B-12.Texas has officially joined their new conf SEC. Sark mission is to bring the national championship to Texas. Austin is partying it up on campus in front of the Texas Tower. The celebration is kicking off today and last night. The SEC network will televise today live the campus party with music by Pitbull and many vendors all around the campus. Last yr they made it to the final 4 playoffs and had 11 players drafted by the NFL This year they have Ewers at QB with 5 star Manning as a backup. Plus their 3rd string qb looked better then the 1st and 2nd string qb's in the Orange Spring game. Anyway Texas is in the SEC with its buddy from across the Red River and gets to play Tex AM yearly. Will keep everyone updated from here in Austin .Think Texas has 8 home games .. at the Pitbull concert there was a spectator stampede at the entrance. A few fans were hurt but they did get a 1st down ...Good luck Texas .

In Philadelphia this week Article on Temple in the Philly Inq. " new Coach wants to change the narrative at Temple. . They picked up 18 transfers and have 31 returning players They lost their starting qb Warner and signed from Vir Boykin. Last year they finished 3-9 and 1-7 in conference With new coaches on off and def the wrong team to open the season at Oklahoma OU entering the SEC think they blow out the Owls,Think Temple Defense will not stop Sooners offense. EA sports did a simulated game OU up big but let Temple score and predicted 41-7 win Thats not good so don't know EA ats record . But again hate giving 41 points to anybody but think OU wants to make an impressive start in the SEC. Temple has new coordinators and new def line and off line . Go Sooners
