Teenage phenom QB for Penn State is too slow for the BIG10!! Defense is on him like stink on shit!! No running game at all, Corners beat on defense unable to contain Michigan RBs. Throwing the ball where there are no receivers shows how talented this QB and Franklin's offense is.
good for you Smitty but in the first half, that was absolutely NOT the right call. But of course that's probably why Franklin did it.
I agree 100% IMO you should only be going for 2 late in the game. I'm sure he was was thinking about getting the bal back in the second half and tying it then but that's just stupid. The first 3 quarters is all about accumulation of points.
i stopped watching when they scored. had no idea what happened until i saw it was 14-9 in the 2nd half. i figured they missed the extra point. it wasn't until they failed at their 2nd 2-point conversation late in the game when the announcer said something like "they miss another 2-point conversion" that i knew what happened.
man, franklin is a fucking idiot. that forced them to chase points in the 4th quarter.
Penn State will never go ANYWHERE as long as Franklin is their coach. He does not give that team the best chance to win. I've seen it time and time again.
