I swear… the gambling gods refuse to let me win. O’s were the last leg of an 8 teamer. Fucking Bautista decides to throw batting practice. I know it’ll never be done but I wish mangers would pull their closer when they load the bases and clearly don’t have it that night. It’s funny because they pulled him after he got the next out. Little too late. I bet Angels’ fans feel the same way.

I was watching that. He got lucky right before the grand slam when the batter before hit a shot off the wall but was held only to a single. I didn't have an 8-teamer going but I did have the Orioles. Bastards
I thought he got unlucky because Mateo should have caught that ball.
Rare loss/blown save by the best closer in the AL and maybe the majors.
It wild couple of minutes for me. The Braves came back in the top of the 9th for me and then a minute later the O’s blew a 6-3 lead for me. I went from “holy shit I’m gonna win” to “oh no…I’m gonna lose” just like that. Lol. Oh well- it happens. Still love my Orioles and Bautista. Hopefully we get them tonight but I don’t think I can bet them. Still not sure what to make of Flaherty.
