Its obvious that was a fixed game. Coming down to a one point spread, all the times they gave up on 3rd down and the last touchdown to cover the spread on a bullshit play was the clincher.

Yes.. an entire team of millionaires were paid off to give up 42 points in the second half to blow your cover

wow..what an elaborate and well executed plan

Like what?

You have never seen a comeback before??

Do you know how much it would cost to buy off players??? Not to mention the amount of people that would have to be involved..

Fixes are no longer plausible

if you think so than you are retarded

Maybe you should have said that Payton Manning beat two of the best teams in the world at their place and then all the sudden forgot how to play against the worst team in the league. Or maybe Michael Vick played the two best games in his Career and everyone was talking about him being god again and as soon as everyone bets him he loses two straight to two of the worst teams in the league. I never saw stuff like this happen when i played sports but their was no gambling on our games.:SIB

Their was a special on HBO as year or two back and the Host asked an FBI agent who investigates this type of stuff what does he think of people who think none of this stuff goes on in sports? The FBI agent said' I would say they are gullible for sure" Just a thought

Hell I don't know
I think the refs are sometimes told things like " The NFL could really benefit from Ind beating pittsb in this playoff game. I'm a big indy fan and was at that game. Some strange ass calls going on!!!

By the time this thread gets to the 3rd page, Bush's Skull & Bones Society dues will be up and a UFO will be hovering over Giants Stadium. I.O. hit it on the head. I either stop betting or hope the fix is on my play. These morons will take their pants off knowing they'll be fined $50,000. Don't sweat it, you'll get em next week.

the only professional sport where a fix could occur is an nba game.

a missed free throw here, a missed jumper there would cause no suspicion.

in the nfl you would need 22 guys to perfectly orchestrate a play.

and in baseball even if you throw soft, the guns pick that up and a guy still has to hit it.

i believe that the nba certainly has its share of funny business, but to say that a professional football game is fixed is crazy. the linemakers are just that good. they had a game at -1/+1 and it almost landed on 1. that's pretty sharp to me.

finally someone talking sense.. you would need way too many people in on it.. most who make millions anyway.. the sheer cost you would have to offer these players would be astronomical.. the idea is ludicrous
