Haas defeats Parry
Mick loses to Els

I am assuming Mick's scorecard is correct? Was wondering how can a player who has the lowest stroke ave for this event and won or come in 2nd 44% of time in 9 years turn in score of 82 including 6 bogies and two doubles?Undoubtedly his worst round since turning pro.

Was thinking the same thing myself when I saw Mickelson had shot 82 (worst round of the day).

Still a solid chance of a return for my outright selections heading into the final round with Singh currently 2nd and Flesch 15th.

dtb,

yeah sia been doing place only as long as I can remember

payouts not sure, they stuffed one up once and didn't pay it for a few days so got a full one for a divided one, and small amount so don't think either of us care

cloning william hill now I think, so probably use standard rules

Final update: 4-5-0 and -3.05 units

Very disappointing weekend. Three plays were decided at the 2nd cut. Perry beat Kelly by 8 points, Tway finished 1 point short of surviving to Sunday and ended his tournament 7 points behind Fryatt, while Kaye had a horrible round to finish 2 points behind Norman in the 2-unit play. Two plays remained t Sunday and both lost. Duval lost to Els by 11 points and Leonard surrendered a 5 point lead over Olazabal to finish 2 points behind.

Update on outright plays: 1-2 and -0.75 units

Rather like the matchups plays, everyone tried their hardest to find a way to lose. Singh could not have had more faltering competition, yet he still did the same and finished 3rd. Garcia scrambled pars all week, but couldn't hole the birdie putts and he finished alongside Perry in 11th place. Not an event to remember!

Certainly was an unusual event.

I thought going into the final round that the winning score would be approx 40 points but everyone in contention seemed to fumble their way around today.

Singh had every opportunity to win but once again fell short when it really counted. At least the small place return covered some of the outlay this week. Considering his consistency it hard to believe that his last victory was way back at the 2000 Masters.

Flesch put up a better showing this week to finish 18th but was always a few points too far behind to seriously challenge.

Mickelson we already covered above. Shoots 82 in the 3rd round and missed the Saturday cut.
