I hear ya. They can show 8 hrs of the British, which is kind of a novelty since it starts at 7am EST, but they can't bring even a 5 hr day of the Masters?

Another annoying thing is the Golf Channel gets nothing. I know it's all money, but still, they should be able to get the prenetwork coverage of early parts of the tournament. At least they're not like ESPN and if they don't have the "big game" they dance around it.

There'll be some stuff online, but not like watching it on a big screen tv.

Wasn't that only the year where that dumb ass biAtch was protesting. Augusta National picked up the tab for all commercials so sponsors didn't have to deal with the nagging?? Maybe I'm wrong.

Also, I always heard that they didn't have more coverage because AN didn't want their front nine on TV because it was less picturesque. But, once again, may be incorrect on this one, too.

you're prob right. it just sticks in my mind.

still, this years coverage sucks and might get the best ratings ever for a Masters

This is the same limited coverage they have always shown, you're mis-remembering. Masters.org will have live from Amen Corner and 1 hour of bonus coverage everyday.

As far as commercials go, they show 56 minutes of Golf and 4 minutes of commercials every year.

Glad I could help:00hour

went to the practice round yesterday and might agree that the front 9 is less picturesquese, but TV does not do that course justice....

Jersey Boys was pretty damn good.

Any of the older members (53 or over) would really like it and many others possibly as well. I happen to have always been into all kinds of generations of music most of my life and have generally hung around with an older crowd (though all have been younger than 53). Story of Frankie Valli. Ton of stuff I'd never heard of and a big chunk with a gambling edge to it. Not the constant constant long song type stuff of other "musicals". Me and Maria had to be the younger of the audience. Most were older (53 and some still amazingly alive even though they were older than 53, some even without canes or respirators).

I definitely getting F'n sick of the constant "Donate to this cause" crap that goes on after these shows. After you dump a decent size number for the show, throw in parking HERE, throw in dinner, and throw in drinks, your hitting 4 or 5 beans and you definitely aren't looking for a buzz kill speech after a good (or bad) show leaning on you like a hobo for this cause or that EVERY TIME. Every exit door had a guy with a large metal bucket and a healthy stare as you walked by. And those stares weren't checking out little Elvis although some of that did go on in earlier. Can't help it I'm attractive to everyone. Then you get outside to run the barrage of street musicians in the rain to get to the parking garage.

If we didn't go see the show, Maria would have been bringing this up FOR EVER. If she gets something in her head, "so it be wriiten, so it be told". That is now out of the way.
