I almost never do in-running bets on golf as this is usually the kiss of death for the golfer (and me). Perks and Gamez certainly prove that point today!

DTB: Adam Scott was on the 17th green (his 8th hole) yesterday - it must have been around 2:30 pm EST - when about a 10 minute shower passed through. I know the wind subsided for quite a while thereafter, and I suspect it took a good bit of fire out of the greens. I thought it was going to cook my goose with a -175 wager on Montgomerie making the cut, but he made it through.

SATURDAY:

Ogilvy(+100) over Tanaka (Ties lose) for 1* @ Bet365
Usually a day that offers more to my liking.

Thank Ya LIA While the earlier tees had little excuse/the late had the best of it.--Shower/softer greens pretty well sums it up.
P.S. I really enjoy your write-ups this year. I find them quite interesting. Keep em coming:)

Hi Guys
One Saturday 2 Ball bet for me on

JESPER PARNEVIK over Stankowski
2pts @ 1.73 [Generally available]

Has been steady all season and shot 2 respectable rounds so far.
I think he will be too steady around this tough course for the sometimes inpatience Stankowski
Good Luck Today:tongue

I hope you guys do not mind me posting in the thread, but can you believe the number of holed shot in this tournament. Seems like every highlight is of another shot going in! Unreal.

I really like Boom Boom's. Back of the club, hockey slap shot in the cup from the 3 inch rough.

Interesting night ahead of us. I cant see past the best player on the course this week, and possibly one of the in form players of world golf at the moment.
His round four problems are a thing of the past, and I expect Adam Scott to remain at the top of the leaderboard by close of play tonight.

Adam Scott, 2/1, BlueSquare, 2 Points Win

I thinks that looks like a pretty good bet Gethman - I have Scott at 50/1 - unposted - with BetDirect - he was tipped here in the UK back on Tuesday by one of the better commentators I know and I climbed on board - but without much confidence - again! I know LIA is on him this time and had the balls to post it. Good for him! I'm still looking for Jerry K to pull a rabbit out but it is looking grim.

LT

I also think nows a good time to get on Scott for the Masters. I have him at 80/1 with SportingBet going back several weeks - that price is gone and even 40/1 is now looking good. Even if he falls at the end of this one, he is a strong Masters contender.
