Long assed boring flick with an all star cast. I finally got through the nearly 3 hour movie but it took about 5 hours because I kept falling asleep and having to wind it back. The last 40 minutes was decent but they could have made that movie last 90 minutes, why string it out like that.

6.5/10 because of the cast.

The misses and I viewed the movie last night via AMC. The movie is very well done for should. Dark realism of early Frontier fur traders with mucho violent scenes. The bear scene was hard to watch. Was still trying to figure out how I would rate this film but will give it a high mark. 8.5 out of 10
