On the course!
Jack,

To save time and money.

Here is the best idea for guys who don't want to face "treaters":

Place a big empty bowl on the front steps with a sign that reads:

PLEASE, take only one! Happy Halloween!

Woodland Ridge??

Woodland Ridge??

Isn't that where the mean man lives????

Seriously, I can remember one year with the ex when I heard those exact words outside my apartment while I was waiting inside the door with the candy. Can you imagine being known as the people that kids wouldn't even beg candy from??

Jack, enjoy what you have! I'm now on over an acre and kids don't come trick or treating. I might even go to the neighboring church Trunk or Treat to see if I can win some baked goods in the Cake Walk. Wish me luck!:SIB

I do this every year and have yet to have anyone knock on my door. If this plan ever stops working, I'm going to get a "Registered Sex Offender Lives Here" sign.

Haven't had one kid come to my house the last two years. I am hoping we make it a third. It helps not having a storm door because it doesn't look like I'm "participating" when the big front door is shut.
