The Ferguson police department was shut down and every single officer fired after Wilson murdered Michael Brown and covered it up due to the fact that more than 90% of all citations and arrests were of the black population or residents which once again was the minority of it'd citizenship.
Yes we have a media problem, tel your brother to quit believing it

You can't say blacks are a small % of the population in the USA and then say they're the minority of it's citizenship in Ferguson as well. Blacks make up 67% of the population there. Don't run with this the wrong way, I agree with you that we have a problem but they are not the minority there. I agree with the Dallas Police Chief though, more of those blacks in that town need to step up and be police officers. You can't just have 3 of them being black if there is an issue there.
