This is one of the most decent guys on these sports forums.

Oddsmaker removes $42,700 from player
A player that joined Oddsmaker four years ago after receiving contest winnings from the xxx.com forum reports that $42,700 was confiscated from him. The player states he never deposited into his Oddsmaker account, and that he had chosen not to withdraw his balance due to uncertainty about banking laws and tax implications of withdrawing from an offshore sportsbook. One week ago, the player realized his account was disabled. After numerous phone calls, e-mails, and live chat inquiries, Oddsmaker has only told the player that he has been linked to fraudulent activity. SBR has not yet received word from Oddsmaker on what the player is allegedly guilty of.

Oddsmaker Sportsbook: As the proper department has checked your Account, it was checked that you are a professional.
Player: professional? I wish. So I cannot bet here anymore or what? I did notice they lowered my limits like they said they have the right to do.
Oddsmaker Sportsbook: Sorry, (the) account has been closed.
Player: how do I get my money?
Oddsmaker Sportsbook:There is no funds on the Account, the Account is already closed.
Player: what? You are stealing my 25 grand?
Oddsmaker Sportsbook: Stealing? Please be reminded of the terms and conditions of the site. Terms Article 8: Player's participation in the Gaming System is personal and not professional.

Fucking bullshit.

Sportsbetting.com did the same crap to my sister. She deposited $1500 last August, ran it up to $8500. Tried to withdraw $2500 in November. They closed her account, accused her of fraud. SBR and Jack could not help get back any money either. Sportsbetting won't even explain.... Stay away from these mofo's..:thefinger

If what deucer said is true why is sportsbetting.com a sponsor:shrug:

i was wondering that too but didn't want to stir the pot

I can't find the details but there was a direct violation of the rules that was never disputed by the player. The player (sister) also could not verify her/his identy.

In a nutshell, there were multiple accounts under the same people in different names and it's clearly against the rules at any sportsbook.

Not true. We have the same last name, live at different addresses. They won't even accept a chance to prove identity or return calls or emails. THEY ARE CROOKS. They've paid me before, but I no longer play there. We have 1 account each with them, not multiples.

This is the rule that was violated.

Also, let me ask you because I have been wondering. Who is David, who is Michelle, and who is Deucer? Thanks.
