The more I see how the press tries to trick people the more pissed I get. Several media outlets had quote of Cheney appearing same as Washington Post. Examine it!!!!
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
"It's absolutely essential that eight weeks from today, on November 2nd, we make the right choice, because if we make the wrong choice then the danger is that we'll get hit again," the vice president said, "that we'll be hit in a way that will be devastating from the standpoint of the United States, and that we'll fall back into the pre-9/11 mind-set, if you will, that in fact these terrorist attacks are just criminal acts and that we are not really at war."
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Why on earth would you break into the middle of a sentence of a quote with
(the vice president said) UNLESS you are trying to trick people into believing that they were 2 seperate acknowledgements rather than and ongoing explaination which in fact it was. Resulting in leading some to believe his objective was that we would be attacked in Kerry were pres rather than how things were handled when attacked.
Which brings me to an opinion. I see no way we will get to elections without an attack on our soil. They saw result in Spain an see same scenerio here---and you can be certain they do not want 4 more years--and will take their chances on ANY alternative.

It will not happen before our election. They take years to plan there events here. However the Government will keep all people as scared as possible. And they should we are not protected. This outfit in DC other then air travel has did little to stop anything. I would say Cheney better worry about what happens period. Not who looks at it how. It's both war and police work.

"It will not happen before our election. They take years to plan there events here"

so I assume you think there hasn't been any planning ?-all the documents on computer that was captiured is just video games?-

If you really think there hasn't been any planning that would sure give GW a boost knowing that after his retaliation they abandoned all plans of future attacks---I don't think so.

---that would make about as much sense as Kerry's latest remark about N korea and Bush--

"During his administration, North Korea has advanced its nuclear program and a potential route to a nuclear 9/11 is clearly visible," Kerry said a day after the United States marked the third anniversary of the deadly 2001 terrorist attacks.

Would someone remind Gomer that it was the last administration that gave N K enormous amounts of aid so they could use all their funds for nuclear development and it was Bush that cut off all this aid.

----and just once I wish Kerry would follow up a bitch on Bush with a solution he has to problem.
Tell us Kerry Just how would you handle N.K. ordeal??? Give us a solution and commit to it for over 24 hours anyway.

Bush is handling same way as his Dad did. Clinton picked up where he left off. There talking you and I just dont here much about it. And maybe we better get some control on S K. They seem to be working in this area to. And of course our tough talk to Iran has stopped nothing there.
We better get ready here at home soon. Report out yesterday 85% of our schools have not had any kind of instuctions or drills on how to do what, and when. And Funds to help get them ready are not reaching them do to budget cuts in DC. Maybe they will get some attention soon after what happen in Russia. Like out chemical plants. 70% dont even have a ounce of security other then a fence around them. Or the 6000 miles of borders more if you count the cost lines wide open. Not enough money to do anything about it. Were spending it overseas.

Maybe Kerry's boss has the solution on your alien problem, education and how to spend our tax dollars more efficiently in the U.S.

Heinz Kerry's 30-minute talk focused on health care, education and jobs. She received a standing ovation when she said her husband would sign into law the "DREAM ACT" if elected president. The Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors Act would allow undocumented young people to become legal U.S. residents, a status that could earn them in-state college tuition and other benefits.

Turf at the rate there coming in we will be part of Mexico. As for money well spent. If we cant find enough to protect what needs to be done here at home. Well it makes Iraq even less important.
