Be careful with this one Jord, k-state owns Kansas . And this is not a good team, I can’t believe Daniels did not turn into an elite qb for Kansas as he was heading there his freshman year. Liked the coach, but I see this team heading backwards. Again just the way I am seeing this game. how do you see it so much Kansas way that your thinking 20 units?
Not really worried about the owning part - Kansas was soo bad for so long. KU had that game and blew it last year. I think Kansas coach staff is solid - their playbook is still beautiful. Since I enjoy their style, I have watched many of their games. I don't know what was going on early season, but that offense is absolutely clicking now. Btw, Kansas could literally be 6-1, they absolutely should have beaten Illinois, ASU, UNLV, and West Va... even the TCU game was even for 3 quarters. Now, maybe their D just can't get stops when needed - and that would be fine in this case. I like the matchup for Kansas O vs Kstate D (colorado seemed to figure out how to move the ball on them... probably win that game if it's 5 quarters lol). I'm hoping the adrenaline and "Super Bowl' game for Kansas gets their D to have one of their better performances. The KU offense will put some extra pressure on Kstate to score, and i don't like it for State in that mode. Personally don't trust Johnson either.
This is also a numbers play for me... Kansas being undervalued by a solid FG here due to some end of the game variance this season... 10 is wayyyy too many in this matchup. I could easily see a back and forth game with Kstate somehow escaping...
But let's call it 31-27 Kansas
