The moment he touched her he deserved to have his skull crushed by a bat. Sociologists will tell you that there are dozens of Social and economic factors leading to the outrageous crime rates in so many of our predominantly black neighborhoods. That may be the case, but what sticks out to me, as an individual who works 30% of the time in low-income neighborhoods, is the overall lack of respect for themselves and each other. Respect for yourself and those around you, and not income level, is what separates my neighborhood from a ghetto
Nope. Simply assholes. You see more and more of this because society refuses to stand up to them. As soon as the ' mob mentality' swings back the other way, and a dozen prople surround and beat these thugs after a stunt like this, shit will tighten back up.
