OK, I think I have it!

Instead of crapping up Thunder's thread and debating the relative merits of the way he handicaps, the number of bets he makes or the way he ties his fucking bow ties, let's use a separate thread.

I'll start: I win money when I stick to his plays. Period.

Not every day, but every single week. Not one losing week. And I pay juice. And Thunder pays juice. It's just an incredible pain in the ass for him--or anyone else--to take the time to handicap, post lots of plays, do halftimes, keep a record and then calculate the vig.

If anyone dislikes his plays or his style, ignore his threads.

And then leave comments here and not in his picks thread. OK?

Amen! Show some respect and stay out of his thread if you are just going to criticize.

of the 59 bets posted on thursday, did you just happen to only pick out the winners?

I usually just look at Thunders 6,7 & 8% picks and decide for myself to bet them or not.

I did, I only play his sides, no 1st halves, 2nd halves or any totals.

He went 9-6 yesterday and 9-6 thursday just on sides. (according to my record keeping)

I wager everything the same amount unless other people i follow all match up on one given play. (then i'll add $)

I think he's 11-8 on NIT, CBI and CIT combined, i seperate those records from NCAA tourney.

Real Life: I win money when I stick to Thunder's plays.

I lost money Thursday as you can see below.

I play $125/1% of his plays, add 1% on the ML as he does and play a dime on his 7s and 8s. I do this blindly because I can't handicap at all. I look hard at LDB's plays, Joe's, Eric's, Ken's, IE's and others and often add them but defer to Thunder's choice almost every time. He's not God, just a very consistent high volume handicapper and gambler. Because I also enjoy having lots of plays, his thread and style suit me perfectly. It's definitely not the way everyone likes to play.

I was working and traveling too much this week and messed up a great start because I seemed to miss more winners than losers and tried to catch up with a couple of improvised ill-advised HT plays. I lost on days when Thunder won. But I'm still holding on to a reasonably successful week and expect the weekend to be good.

Mar, 15 M 7,491 T 1,880 W-1,475 TH -1,100 F -2,350 S 0 SU 0 week's total: +4,446

No matter what, I hope you and everyone here win big today!

In the shadows
I am going to have a Karnak Moment....
for some you might not have any idea what I am talking about

This thread is going to spin out of control.

There are many who bank on Thunders info, myself included, and I also lose, but that is the nature of the business, but Thunder does not dribble, shoot or rebound. Unfortunately there are some turds who live in their parents basement who bet way over their heads and blame everyone but themselves for their dwindling bankroll.

Do you think for one minute Thunder cusses out any member here when he is at home because he loses a close one? NO ! , well at least I don't thinks so ? If you lose blame yourself, you pushed accept bet, plain and simple. Be a man or go to the mall !

If you think this is a dumb thread, ignore it rather than making an unpleasant comment.

There are some threads I read every day, some sporadically and some I never read. Ever. Make this one of the "nevers" if you're so inclined.

good thing the ncaa doesnt have quarters or there might be 120 bets made on 8 games today at 3k-9k per bet (360k to over a million :) ) including moneylines sides/totals for the game/halves/quarters and possibly overtime lines.

If you lose 50% of your bankroll on Saturday, is 8% the same bet on Sunday? Why do you always evade money management questions? Funny that you took offense to Hawkeye asking about having all of your bankroll exposed during any given afternoon.

If your bankroll is 1M, it must take alot of time to enter an 8% wager since not many books take 80k wagers. Picturing a room full of hot blondes sitting in a room with headsets ready to move big money. Laughable that you blame your "dork" son for posting amounts yesterday. He must be so proud of you for your success and condescending comments. Anyone who believes that story should lose everything they have. Better keep the keyboard away from junior so he doesn't divulge too much more about the operation.

Nice touch ignoring the several money management questions yesterday. Most sheep prefer for you to keep it dumbed down though.
If you don't have anything to hide, ANSWER THE QUESTIONS!!!!!

Aren't you here because of your love of the common player? Teach a man to fish why don't you? That's what you claim. Otherwise you come across as nothing but an attention whore!!!!

From the comments last night, I guess not everyone that follows you can keep up with your style. I don't think your are a bad guy, but it is pitiful that you deal with half truths and don't answer the legitimate questions that come your way.

Good luck the rest of the tournament, and keep it real.

go away

go away

move on to a new topic, follow or not that is all you need to do, 8% is 8%, I follow and win, follow and loose. Over all maybe 6% ahead so works for me.

Danny, I've tried fishing and I'm no good at it. A lot of people are like me but they may want to eat. Ignore threads you don't like. No one following Thunder's picks will lose money in the long term. Stop asking nasty questions and just ignore his threads.

Good luck to you today.

Noonan-

Who do you think you are, Jack Nicholson playing Colonel Jessup? Shut up you tool.

Those questions have been answered ad nauseum.

Go ahead and fade if you believe it's profitable.

I don't personally follow his picks, but I always check them- right after I check the line at Pinnacle.
