It was a boring game, not because of the refs either - also, there were a few calls the refs seemingly "let go".
It was a boring game because the falcons coach looked like he should have been working a junior high school game. Most coaches would have won that game.
Sadly, this is what now passes for professional football...
Al Michaels and Collingsworth both bit their tongues, they know it is now a true sh*t product....but the public must have their diversions...and Nike needs to peddle stuff made by underpaid 8 year old laborers in sweat shops, with krapperdink as their spokesman...
Rules, rules, more rules, I hate the off-side now stops play....gone are the bombs on a free play....one of the few moments of excitement in a now dreary landscape.
But cheer up.....we have college and CFL....CFL is pure football excitement.

NFL ratings last night hit nearly a ten year low for an opening game. Were down another 8% off last year?s game.
The last 6 minutes of the game far from boring.

The Canadian Football League is on fire, ratings way up and one of the reasons is because NFL Football is hard to watch now. I mean now you have penalties in the NFL for putting your weight on the QB when you tackle him to the ground:facepalm:
For those that have not watched CFL Football you are missing out, non stop action and you don't have those dumb as fuck penalties and rules (kickoff rule, fair catch, etc. etc.) like you do in the NFL.
I don't care how big a NFL fan you are, you have to admit the product on the field sucks, and so many commercials:nooo:
Yet again you have no idea what you are talking about. It is like when you comment on tv shows you have never watched. You need to shape up quickly, you are heading into the hedgehog territory of stupidity.
There isn't anybody that watches a CFL game and says it is boring, you are actually allowed to tackle a QB and oh yeah you don't have penalties for "putting your weight on the QB":facepalm: And get this when you kick the ball or punt the ball the receiver actually has to catch the ball and run with it. Gotta love the NFL where you watch a dude kick a ball through an end-zone, man that's exciting, or the "fair catch", man that riveting shit:142smilie
You like the NFL fine, but don't kid yourself it has a ton of boring as fuck moments, there is a reason ratings are down, and one of em is because it is a boring game to watch now.

Again, you have no clue what you are talking about........you do realize there are 49 players in the Pro Football Hall of Fame that played in the CFL.
Starting rosters for the NFL 2018 season, 33 players played in the CFL at one time.
