yes buffalo had 3 timeouts, but with buffalo down by 27, the bulls sure as hell werent gonna use the timeouts. amstutz should have simply called the victory formation instead of getting cute. almost royally fu/cked you guys. bulls were ready to concede the gm w/o wasting their 3 timeouts
