0-2 as I continue the trend to take a step back after taking a step forward. For Stage 18:

Valverde -155 over Bardet for 2 units
B. Feillu -135 over Porte for 1 unit

The good news now is... that streak has ended!! Time to create a trend where you sweep the final stages! :)

1-1 losing the bigger wager on Valverde. That one hurts as Bardet was in the same group as Valverde on the final climb and just sat back and let Valverde all the work, then slips ahead of him before the finish line. Oh well.

When I initially wrote my post, 5Dimes had graded both plays losses... I saw the correction later on... it was a fun feeling to experience! Nevertheless, one fact remains... I still wish that you sweep the final stages!! :0074

Updated Record: 11-14 for -10.25 units

Just like the major jersey classifications have all been determined, my fate of a sound losing record in this year's tour is all cemented. Outside of the best young rider, the only thing for people to gain is moving up a few spots in the overall classification. And if the stage favorite Tony Martin slips up, any of the following three I played have an outside shot at winning the stage. So time to take a flyer and put the three I picked in a parlay. For Stage 20:

Van Garderen -130 over Dumoulin; Valverde -290 over Konig; and Porte +110 over Izaguire, risking 1 unit to win 4 units
