I've attented a number of high profile fights at the MGM, but I've never seen anything like last nite. Not even a DelaHoya fight filled the joint up like this one did. I had to pay through the nose for scalper tickets. But my wife was happy! Heck, it's only my money. Is Trinidad that, or should I say WAS that much of a hot commodity? Now what? After seeing the Winkster make him look a schoolboy who should have been playing with the other kids in the schoolyard, what is he going to do? I don't know if I give a rat's butt. Will Taylor beat Hopkins? Will Wink fight either one. Winky beats Hopkins, I would think. Maybe Taylor also. All conjecture of course. Anyway, box, spread, KOD, and others, I need some winners to cover the tickets. HELP!

the degree to which Tito was schooled last night was even more embarrassing than Roy Jones getting beat up by Glen Johnson. Looked like he was fighting underwater. He obviously had no plan other than believe he could impose his will and knock Winky out. Loved Tito's corner advice...stand closer, hit harder (what a joke).

Apologies to anyone who I might have influenced in thinking that Trinidad's power would be the difference. I watched the HBO replays of Winky and Tito's last fights agains Mosely and Mayorga the night before and promptly hedged my bet with a decision pick on Wright. Seeing that Wright had no problem countering and connecting against the quicker Mosely while Titlo managed to get hit with wide looping Mayorga hooks, made me rethink the outcome. Even so, I didn't give Wirght enough credit...he should have KO'd Tito....I've seen more competitive sparring sessions. Oh well, Wright vs. Hopkins or Taylor looks to be promising!
