You and a few other frustrated Hack Political Pundit wannabees, obviously enjoy pointing out political short comings, and bashing the current president, his people and his agenda.



Other than bitch and moan, and belittle contrary opinions on social medium, what are you going to do the next four years?

What are you going to do to make things (in your mind) better for America? Political action group? Letters to your Congressman?
Send money to Elizabeth Warren 2020? Stand on a street corner and protest? Run for local political office?

Four years out of your life posting political tripe on Mad Jacks?

I just started yoga classes to help heal my body.

What's the difference between this and sports? I won't watch a minute of the NBA, NHL, or NCAAB (until the tourney), so I have some extra time. I watch a lot of the PGA Tour on Saturday and Sunday, but I can make time to watch and read articles on the net.

In the winter I swim at the rec center and make wine. Rest of the year I play a lot of golf and work in the garden. Not exactly a couch potato, but plenty of time to read and post about it.

By the way, I try to start debates and it ends up with dick pill websites and pictures of Skulnik's family. If you post bullshit, I try to call you on it. It's not about belittling as much as it is about challenging.

I don't think life is too short to give a shit about politics, I think things that affect the lives of Americans are worth giving a shit about. DJT is not business as usual and I am not interested in just watching him set us up for failure as Bush did. Just look at what he's doing with his cabinet (millionaire bankers) and de-regulation. We're going to repeal all the stuff that was put in place to keep the bankers from setting us up for a financial disaster and then wonder what happened when we go into a major recession.

I feel you on that. People are getting outrage fatigue. Not sure what we should be talking about politically though.
I try to look away for a few days, then catch wind of some "tweet" that the leader of the free world makes. And I'm back. :142smilie

With the Nordstrom thing, I have friends who work there, and it sucks to the president of US is using his time, energy and power to attack an American company... because of his daughter's business.

I'd lay off dead horses, but there are fresh ones almost daily so far.

And all joking and "faux outrage" aside, I do have real concerns with the president's business interests interfering with his judgement. Is that really something should bring up once, then lay off for the rest of the term? I don't know? Maybe?

Seems like basically what you are saying is you aren't into politics, and don't want to spend time thinking or talking about it. Except to tell people who are interested in talking about it... not to. :shrug:
