This very profitable trend has gone 47-12 over the past 5 seasons hitting at an 80% clip. Plus throw in the fact that Montreal is struggling big time right now having lost 4 of their last 5 games, and have allowed 3 goals or more in each of these games makes Detroit the solid play for tonight.

St Louis at Calgary Have to make a strong recommendation on the underdog Blues for tonight as we have two teams going in different directions here. St Louis continues to play excellent hockey having now won 8 of their last 10 games. While the same cannot be said for a Flames team that has now lost 4 straight and have allowed 4 goals a game in this span. Add in the fact that St Louis totally dominated Calgary in their last match up makes the Blues the strong value play tonight at this price.
