ARmy +5 over Tulane ****
this is for the conference championship . West Point and Army have the home field advantage Tulane just played Navy and held their option running attack to under 230 yds rushing and kept the Midshipman running game in check . Although Army and Navy run somewhat similar options they are different . But Army has Bryson Dailey at QB and he is the best player on the field. He can run and pass. Army I don't think will get an invite to the College Playoffs because of their weak schedule . They beat ECU, FAU Lehigh,Rice Temple etc. They did well vs North Texas and a few others but its opponents have been weak Meanwhile Tulane also has a weak schedule .
I think Army playing at home and with Bryson Dailey running the show the Green Wave will not have many offensive opportunities with the ball control Army attack . Army needed a cold freezing nite at the Point. It's cold but not sure cold enough. But I will take the Black Nites of the Hudson to win their conference and the Commander of the Academy ride his motorcycle out of the Tunnel Not sure if the new commander does that though in the past it was great. Not sure if Army has its parachute rs jump out on Army helicopters over the field. But I''m grabbing the +5 points because I think Army wins this outright and like they always do " control the clock " and don't give Mensah the Waves QB enough snaps to keep it close. A kind of a " homer" play for me even though I live in Texas now. Hopefully the wind on the Hudson is under 25 degrees and Army goes on every 4th and 1 . Bryson shows why the call him " superman " on campus . Go black Nites
