As I said, thesed guys are OVERPAID! Professional athletes are a friggin joke. I wish I got paid hundreds of thousands...or even millions to act like a child. Must be nice.

the man's pocket!
What was so awesome JSMOOTH, the Saints sucked in the red zone the entire game, and the Jets did little to deserve a victory either. Then some tatooed long haired moron decides well I think I will just wing this helmet down the field to show everyone how much testosterone is in me and costs me a chance at a huge day. And if you had the Jets you would have won anyway and if you played the under you would have won anyway, and if you played the over you lost anyway. Since I too lost my ass on this game, I fail to see what is so friggin awesome here.

you lost your ass because the jets beat the saints up on both sides of the ball. the saints was far from being the right side on this game.

saints at -6 for the 2nd half and over 20.5 were pretty good plays.....especially since we were seeing pretty much a replay of the first half of last week's game, and then in the 3rd quarter as well......

brooks played absolutely aweful though.....maybe the worst game of his life......

i see then yes i would be very upset at that, for anyone who hasnot been around or even did them when the played college or pro sports that was a case of roid rage something i am quite familiar with, just take a look into his eyes if the show it which i am sure the will, its that crazed but yet blank look as he is totaly out of control and doesnot even know he was doing it till it was over. a normal person would of stopped after the grabbing of the face mask and twisting the head to make a point, but he went into the rage and tore the helment off the ran to middle of field and through it as hard as he could, that is a roid rage.quick short burst of uncontrolable temper usally brought on by groth hormones not test.

I think the freakin awesome part was when he yanked and yanked on
Robinson's hat til he got it off! Then threw it across the field.

Damien Robinson should get a hefty fine for his actions as well. What was he trying to do to Brooks?

Turley easily cost his team at least a crack of overtime, and I agree....."roid-rage".

Again, I know that cost alot of people some $, but it was fun to watch!

On the course!
I lost on the 2ndH over, as well, but I have no doubt that those idiots would have failed to score no matter where they were on the field. They absolutely stunk. Turd-ly overreacted, but that might have been a games worth of frustration, as well as a response to the Jet player trying to take his qb's head off.

Whether it be a case of roid-rage or a large amount of repressed anger from his childhood, something is seriously wrong with Turley. Still not sure what Robinson was thinking when he continued to yank on Brooks' facemask after the play was over..but come on, chance to tie the game and go into OT with a first and goal..as badly as the Saints had played, they had a ton of momentum after stopping NY on downs and were moving the ball down the field rather easily.

I saw Turley play against the Giants earlier this season, and if I remember correctly he accounted for two or three personal foul penalties all by himself. As mentioned by the announcers, the guy didn't get one All-Pro vote from his fellow players, not one even though he obviously has Pro Bowl talent. At the most critical juncture of the game, to try and detach Robinson's head from his body and then throwing an opposing players helmet across the field...absolute disgrace and should be fined and suspended at least one game.

Just another example of how stupid so many of these athletes are. You usually see dumb mistakes more at the college level but the pros aren't immune to it.
