With only 4 day's left who do you think will win, and when will he win.

I think Tyson in the 6th with about 1 minute left, Knockout.
This should be interesting. :D

The Insanity saga comes to an end ,Iam praying...
Tyson is another criminal loose in the world of pro sport.
I hope he snaps(About round 5,gets D.Q.'d ) and they FINALLY get rid of this sick person. He has lost his 'drawing' power he once had, lots of tickets still unsold ,and will be. The man needs MORE help and medication to keep himself together. If he is getting knocked around,he WILL pull one of his 'tricks' and the fight will be stopped. Yes , I will watch it ( free on my T.V.-have the right 'stuff')as I shall wager against the 'nutbar'. This fuch has got to go ..........Just my thoughts. I would have loved a fight between Ali and Tyson -both at their peak.

I think Lennox Lewis picks Tyson apart with the jab. Tyson giving away at least 6 inches will have trouble getting to Lewis, much like Tua did when he fought Lennox. I think Tyson snaps in the mid rounds due to frustration and the fact that he's a nut cake. Tyson gets DQ'd or knocked on his ass in this one. More than likely, his fruity ass gets DQ'd. I can't see him winning.

Lewis will knock him out in less than five. Tyson will come out swinging and if Lewis survives first two rounds, will take him out shortly thereafter. Tyson has no skills left from his younger days but still gets paid like it. Sadly, there are no other "money makers" left in heavyweight boxing.

Tyson by the 5th, Lewis has no heart or chin.
If he gets up Tyson will hurt him badly...I think
if any sane person watched Tyson impose his will
on some other big men.....he would be scarred ...
Lewis now has a good life, (and is sane?....If so....
he is afraid ......JMO) ........I think he will quit!

Tyson has to have this one
and will not let anything stop him.

Lewis does not have to win to be set for life......
Tyson does ....fighting is all he has...yes he will probably
come to a bad end,......but he is a machine and will not
be denied by any mere human being........
Especially one with a weak chin.

If he is smart.and he seems to be,
Lewis will take his money, & retire after this one.......
with his health....

No I don't like Tyson....but ........
I would not bet against him!

WHY?

On the lake. Setting hooks!
in an earlier thread i said i was having a problem picking a winner. since then i have watched a lot of recent lewis & tyson fights from my video fight library. and i have devoted a lot of thinking to this fight. for better or worse. this is my conclusion.

to use an old gil clancy line. i believe this fight will come down to not who is the better pitcher. but who is the better catcher. that in my opinion is tyson. he takes a better punch. in order to give some. lewis is going to have to take some. i believe at some point tyson will catch him. at that point i believe lewis will react the same way he always has when he gets caught. knocked out. a lot of people talk about tyson being past his prime and too old. while i agree he is not as good as in the past. lets not forget lewis is older. and lets also remember that just two fights ago lewis was laid out on the canvas wondering what happened. by rahman, who has nowhere the punching power of tyson or the mad dog meanness.

while lewis is the better boxer. tyson is the better fighter. he is also meaner. lewis has done a lot of talking about not being afraid of tyson. i don't believe that. no man who has been knocked out twice by fighters with nowhere near tysons power. can not have it in the back of their minds. "what if he catches me". i don't believe it. my opion, his best route to winning is to run and hold all night and hope for a decision.

i believe the fight will be an exciting and brutal fight. i believe tyson knocks lewis out in 8 rounds or less. i also have heard from a cousin of mine in the memphis area that tyson is working a lot on head movement . weaving and bobbing. if this is true. it will make it harder for lewis to find him. and also easier for tyson to get inside. tyson by ko in 8 or less.

i agree with the DQ possibility. if tyson feels like lewis has fouled him. he might do something to get DQ. but also i think we have to be fair on one thing concerning tyson. in the douglas fight & the first holyfield fight. both of which i think were excellant high contact fights. things were not going tysons way in both of them fights. and yet he did no fouling. he punched and got punched. and did that all the way until he at last got stopped. tyson felt like in the 2nd holyfield fight that he was headbutted in purpose. feeling that mills lane did not do enough about it. he resorted to street fighting. where there are no rules. the man will do this if he feels like he is being fouled. tyson has a bad temper. but before the 2nd holyfield fight. he never resorted to fouling before. i don't believe lewis will do any fouling. that's not in his nature. so maybe that chance of a DQ is remote.

At the bar
Tyson had a good workout today and seemed focused, if thats possible for him. I think Tyson at that price is worth a shot.

Tyson in 8!

Personally I think you have to be realistic and look at it from Vegas' view, how do they benefit the most and that is with a Tyson victory. Although Lewis may be the better fighter what is left for him after this fight, even more impertant what is left for Vegas? This reminds me of the Buster Douglas years..think about it. Lennox Lewis wins and his only remaining High Purse fight will be Holyfield. After that who will be left? Rachman again? Ruiz? Tua? Lewis will never gain "superstar" status in America as he is a Brit. Not a slight just the truth. However, lets say he loses to Tyson. That now makes the entire Heavyweight division legit again. There will have to be a Holyfield-Rachman rematch due to the head butt. A "high purse fight". In the meantime Tyson Ruiz to solidify titles is another large purse. Than Lewis gets the loser of the holyfield rachman fight, another big purse, while the winner gets a shot at Tyson. Then Lewis gets shot at the title while the loser of tyson holyfield has to face tua or ruiz......thats how the money stays in Vegas my friends....so simply stated Tyson should win

Bluegrass!
I took Tyson +265 many weeks ago at WSEX, but I really don't give a rat's ass who straps the belt on after the fight. I REALLY wish Tyson would be granted another vacation at the penal farm, god knows he deserves it...

Large, the more I think about it..TYSON snaps and gets D.Q'D is about the only way for this fight to go.... He will fall behind EARLY and 'pull one of his stunts'.
The guy is NUTSO !!! Used to be a Quality Brawler, now he is done like dinner. The bet is AGAINST TYSON with a few small 'fun bets'(eg.what round, tyson gets K.O.'d, TYSON gets D.Q.'d, Etc.)..
This is one sick man !!!!!!! :thefinger :thefinger :thefinger

Tyson is a rapist & should be in jail so I hope Lewis wins.

IMO the Ali vs. Tyson match will be no contest with Ali winning easily.

Lewis - no later than the 6th round. Come on, guys - this is 2002. We are not in the 80's anymore. Tyson's last five wins have come agains golota, Savarese, Francis, Norris and Botha. His legs are gone. His brain is suspect at best. Lewis will frustrate him for the first three rounds and punish him for the final two or three before knocking him out.
