673,837 new cases yesterday.

872,622 last Friday.

802,724 last Thursday

586K cases per week isn't even close.

https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us/
you have to scroll down to see the daily cases graph since February 2020.

U.S. reports 1.35 million COVID-19 cases in a day, shattering global record https://www.reuters.com/business/healthcare-pharmaceuticals/us-reports-least-11-mln-covid-cases-day-shattering-global-record-2022-01-11/

And Canada is nowhere close to these numbers.:0008

California is a monumental threat whereas Canada is not.

So what numbers do we believe?

I still don't understand why all the testing for people that aren't having any symptoms. I did get tested because I had a reason to after my wife tested positive with symptoms.

I have no idea - but have been wondering the same thing.

If I think I have it, then....I ain't waiting in a fuckin' line for six hours. Very strange behavior.

If you "think you have it", why not act like you have it?

Personally, I don't think it matters. If only a percentage of people follow the rules, why bother? You can't tell me that people who KNOW they have Covid, don't still carry on in a normal way. Especially when they hear, "it's just a cold".

I have to get on a plane next week, and you can bet 100% there will be positive Covid travelers with me.

Djokovic is a prime example of what's going on. He doesn't want to be inconvenienced, so he lies and spreads Covid so he can play tennis.

I really hope they shut his punk ass down.

When we suspected that my wife had it I went to CVS and got a couple home tests. When she tested positive and I tested negative we called the hospital and asked about getting tested there. They scheduled us an appointment for the next day (drive thru) and there were 3 cars ahead of us when we arrived. Took all of maybe 10 minutes.

"according to the FDA, COVID was the eighth leading cause of death in 5-11 year olds over the past year, after accidents, cancer, malformations, murder, heart disease, chronic lower respiratory disease and the flu"

Taking any vaccine is the number 1 cause of death........don't forget that.
