I see they added a few more o/u @ 5 Dimes and will add 2 more as I believe 72 will be good scor if norm U.S. Open setup--however shaved greens vs rough is some concern--hoping to get 4 out of 6 home.

Just read an article on the pga tourwebsite that said Tiger has NEVER won a tournament of any kind after shooting over par in the first round.

So much for Mike Weir being sick at all? He had to play a round and a half today and didnt falter at all. I put a bet against him with cambell and got killed.

I have
Goosen 20 for 700
phill 20 for 200 so I am looking good on those two.

US Open Moving Day Plays

Jeff Maggert OV/Fred Funk-1.30
Ernie Els OV/Phil Mickelson-1.25
Retief Goosen OV/Sergio Garcia-1.05
Robert Allenby OV/Chris DiMarco-1.10
Vijay Singh OV/Tiger Woods+1.05
Nick Price OV/Jerry Kelly-1.05

Was looking good yesterday until some Players fell down at the end. Why can't it be 15 hole matches.

Want Maggert to continue his streak, Ernie looked real good yesterday, sp did Phil. Like Goosen today, like him for the Tourny. Box you are right about Allenby/Dimarco, going with Allenby again today. I wish I could Parlay Plays.

Came back and added VJ & Nick. As a Great man once saud "Let's get it On!!"

I'm sure I'll find Another Play before it goes.

I like Maggert over Funk as well, but all i could get was -.5 -105
Maggert looked really good yesterday and Funk is relying on putter hopefully it gives out.

FUNK GOT A TON OF LUCKY BREAKS TODAY AND THEN AT THE END ALMOST HELPED MAGGERT COME BACK. MAGGERT THREW UP ALL OVER THE LAST 10 HOLES? HE SHOULD PLAY BETTER TOMORROW.

I HAVE 20 TO WIN 700 ON GOOSEN
20 TO WIN 200 ON PHILL
20 LOST ON CHAD CAMPBELL

TOMORROW I LOVE TAKING ANYONE AGAINST FUNK, HE CANT CONTINUE, I'LL TAKE MAGGERT AGAIN AS WELL.

THE EARLY PLAYERS WILL HAVE THE ADVANTAGE WITH THE WIND DOWN AND THE GREENS A "LITTLE DAMP" FROM THE DEW.

Final Round at the US Open

Sergio Garcia OV/Mike Weir -1.30
Jeff Maggert OV/Fred Funk -1.25
Ernie Els OV/Phil Mickelson-1.35
Stephen Ames OV/Scott Verplank-1.10
Nick Price OV/Robert Allenby-1.20
Kirk Triplett OV/Dudley Hart-1.25

A 6 pack to go with Another 6 pack. Looking for Goosen or a big charge from Ames. VJ just fell apart. Can Tiger hit a fairway. They should had paired the Haas's together.

Had coffee with my Dad and Brother this morning. They are leaving to run a JR tourney. Hope everyone can spend some time with yours or your children.

Outrights - Final update: 1-2; +34.50pts

Els 9th
Goosen 1st
Rose mc

Hugely impressive effort from Goosen ... he had everything against him today. It is difficult to lead an event with one round to play, but the USGA make the course virtually unplayable - they even needed to 20-minute break at one time as the 7th hole had become officially unplayable - so it was a monumental effort to defend a lead in those conditions. Plus he had to overcome an extremely vocal crowd who cheered when his shots went into trouble on the back nine. Hugely impressive win ... though I will admit to being a little biased today!

Matchups - Final update: 9-6-1; -0.27pts

DiMarco/Cejka WON by 16
Haas/Faxon WON by 6
Singh/Garcia LOST by 2
Goosen/Scott WON by 14
Perry/Scott LOST by 1
Perry/Cink LOST by 2
Jacobson/Furyk LOST by 8
Ames/Franco WON (Franco wd)
Jacobson/Clark LOST by 9
Price/Faxon WON by 3
Price/Leonard WON by 3
Howell/Immelman WON by 4
Hart/Baddeley WON by 7
Faxon/Campbell TIED (Push)
Woods/Garcia WON by 1
Woods/Mickelson LOST by 12

Won 60% of the plays, but only broke even thanks to a very unexpected loss on the Jacobson/Furyk play. Half of the losses were by two shot or less, but at least this was a very profitable event for other reasons!
