Another thing that sucks about that asshole Brock winning. Assuming Fedor beats an over-hyped Barnett (Barnett ain't that good people....sorry) we are going to hear all this Fedor in UFC shit again. I so hope Fedor loses to Barnett so I don't have to hear it.

Fedor is maybe even worse then that asshole Lesner, at least Lesner wants to fight the best. Fedor has zero interest in fighting the best, zero. He seems like a nice guy, but he gets no respect from me because he doesn't want to fight the best. Plus he loves the money. I mean nothing wrong with loving money, and fighting for lots of money. But if Fedor had any real set of balls he would have been in the UFC long long ago. I mean don't ya want to fight the best day in and day out. Fedor does not, he has made that clear. I mean why wouldn't you want to prove yourself.

Even kegray would agree that the reason Fedor isn't in the UFC is because of FEDOR. Not the UFC. Fedor management is also on LSD, so that doesn't help.


So please Barnet beat Fedor so I don't have to hear all the Fedor shit.


Fedor will never come to the UFC, he doesn't want to fight the best, simple as that.


Most MMA fighters want to fight the best and be the best, Fedor isn't one of em. Can't wait until Jan 1st where we will see Fedor fight some grappling match against Torres:142smilie

I had no money on this event as I am waiting to see how my huge Khan bet unfolds in boxing next week.
I am so fukin glad I had no money on it as I would have been burned big time. When the odds on CB were originally released, he was +150. This was a mistake and they took it off the board within a few hours. If those odds had remained, I would have bet huge on CB, thinking he is the much better wrestler and Lawlor has no subs :scared

As for Lesner it is only the MMA purist that are getting offended. They want everyone to kiss each other after a match. Two guys holding hands before a fight won't sell shit. I knew what the UFC was getting with BrocK so it really doesn't bother me with his antic's. Im use to them.

Kick u need to get off the "Fedor doesn't want to fight the best gimmick" In Pride he fought all the best. Now he does it in Affliction. He destroyed two former UFC champions in mere seconds. The heavyweights in the UFC are not anything to get all excited about. Bottom line is Fedor wants his freedom and Dana wants to own him. This is a business and Fedor can make way more money with freedom then what Dana can give him unless Dana anti's up big time. Sponge, you're wrong about it only being MMA purist. I just expect someone to have class when they win and lose for that matter. If it was Kobe in the NBA I would be yelling that he was a prick or any other sport where someone acted that way. I think he looked like white trash up there and if I was Dana I would have been putting my head down and just hoping I could get him out of the cage as soon as possible.

I've changed my mind, I don't want someone to just beat him. I want someone to knock him out cold. Problem is, I don't know if anyone can do it. There is nobody in the UFC right now that can come close to beating him. Carwin is basically a smaller version without the elite wrestling skills, Cain is too small and there's just nobody else. Fedor is about the only option and he may be too small. Fedor is nothing but a LHW that doesn't cut down to 205 because he doesn't need to in order to be the best.(that's why I think he's the best P4P fighter)

The short time that they were throwing in the 2nd, Mir was getting the better of him and just missed with the knee before the takedown.
I think he has a soft chin but you have to catch him before he over powers you. Carwin clearly can but it is going to have to be a one punch deal because Shane can't prevent a takedown and Brock would do same thing to him that he did to Mir.

this might sound insane, but i think brock's wrestling is being exaggerated. brock did outwrestle randy, but randy was a fence grab away of having a takedown on a guy who outweighed him by 60 lbs. moreover, randy was able to stand back up after he was taken down.

carwin's weight fluctuates around the 265 lb mark and unlike mir can actually wrestle. i think the fight with mir can be discarded when trying to imagine how brock would fare against a large wrestler or even a smaller one like cain.

that said, i'd favor brock against pretty much anyone, but i don't see him mir'ing carwin.

perfect post....except maybe about bonnar(it`s 20 hours after the fact and i`m still very bitter )....i just have to see this bout to grasp him losing to a 44 year old shell of his former self...a natural 240 pounder who cut to 205! at that age....

dana is on record saying that bonnar is partly responsible for the success of the ufc due to his fight with forrest and as such will always have a place in the ufc.

i'm guessing that once again he'll go back on his word.

I am a big fan of Hendo's too. Bisping is a bitch. As for Lesnar, he really did fight controlled, a scary sign of what is to come. Just not sure how you beat him other than a leg lock, his neck and arms are too big for anything else. Brock is UFC's version of Boxing's Mike Tyson back in the day, really he is. People will pay to see the destruction he might do to somene, I did it all the time like $50 for a one round KO. If I were Dana, I would have Brock fight as much as he can over the next few years, even though he is a pompous ass with his comments.
