Ugh, I really want to add Obrien to my picks. His only two losses are to HWs and very good ones at that. I can't find enough on their wrestling background, anyone on here know about Obrien and Jones wrestling careers?

i thought in Jones last fight Rogan said he was a big time wrestler. The thing with Jones that scares me is that he looked like he was gassing against Bonner.

Obrien +335 .5 unit


As far as value goes I think this is top notch. Jones wrestled in junior college and that was it, Obriend wrestled at Purdue(big difference in big ten and junior college, also Obrien wrestled at HW) This has laynpray all over it but for 335 it looks really good. I could be totally wrong but I think this fight is closer than what the odds makes think.

I'm already on Belcher but I may add to it after I watch the weigh ins. I have big questions about Akiyama and roids. He's pretty thick in some of his fights and we all know there's some serious questions about roids and the guys coming over after fighting in Japan.

I agree with you guys on O'brien's chances...Jones did look like he was gassing against Bonnar

For those on Bisping, how does he win? I was watching the countdown show, and I don't see one thing that he does better than Henderson. Worse chin, worse wrestling, I would argue sloppier striking, no submissions. I know the underdog odds are tempting, but how the hell does Bisping win? I think Henderson shuts him out, 30-27.

i have to laugh at everyone who thinks GSP can't stand with Alves. Last i checked he stood with a very good BJ Penn. GSP is so much better with standing then back when he fought Serra the first time. I could see the same type of game plan against Alves. Stand a little to suck him in then have his way with him on the ground until it takes away Alves standup. I think we might see the best GSP this fight. This isnt Sherk and some ridiculous game plan.

Ummmmm.....CB Dollaway shouldn't be that big a fave against my grandma. I mean please, gimmie a break. Sure CB may win but going against him at those odds is the right play. I mean Tom Lawlor ain't that bad of a fighter.

TJ Grant is in tough, but worth a play at those odds. That should be a great fight, hope we get lucky at the PPV shows it:)

it was an mma bout. it was on the ground for a bit and then jerome got back to his feet and kneed akiyama in the head.

i've seen most of his fights, he's athletic, a great grappler and he has a lot of punching power, but if i make any bet on this fight it will be on belcher. he's been inactive, his last 2 opponents have been weak and being a new arrival i think there's reason to bet against him.

those k-1 promotions don`t put much emphasis on weight classes,obviously.....lol

belcher`s capable...he needs to keep it standing....the guy looks very dangerous on the ground...


o`brien will do one thing vs jones...try and take him to the mat......that`s what he does....and if jones is better on the mat,or he stops o`brien`s takedowns,it`s game over...

anybody see mac danzig beating jim miller?.....i don`t....

i thought miller gave 110% vs maynard and just got beat by a better guy....

i think his pressure will wilt danzig(who seems to fail when he steps up in class),much like guida and neer`s did...

miller`s a tough mofo and i think he`ll grind danzig down at some point....

gonna par him with something...

Dbuck47....only madjack sponsor that I know of that allows parlays on MMA is 5dimes. There are 4 non sponsors that I know of that allow parlays, but for madjack sponsors the only one I know of is 5dimes.
