HELL
jr 11...demolish GSP huh:facepalm:

jr11 banned 89 minutes

LOL, I watch all of this shit, you know that by now. I am a big fan and yes GSP is a god and that good, but moving up in weight to fight someone just as technically sound in all facets but naturally bigger not sure where he would go to win against Silva. Unless they do a catch weight, GSP only walks around at about 190, Silva would be about 15 pounds heavier than him just as fast. GSP would have to try and grind him out, good luck with that. GSPs jab that broke KOS wouldnt come close to hitting Silva.

Sorry for anyone who followed. I made some big mistakes tonight on both my Franklin and Kid plays. I don't play guys their first time in the cage(Kid) and I don't play on or against a guy that I've lost on or against two times in a row(Franklin).

Franklin is definitely done. Watching that fight was painful. Neither of those guys have much to offer and are very limited.

Jones looked great but for those that think Shogun doesn't have a chance then pleae pound the line down when it comes out. Jones will be champ someday but for one he's still young and has a lot to learn and the other big thing is the turnaround for this fight. Shogun is on another planet compared to Bader and would have done the same thing but more than likely quicker. Remember everyone said Machida was going to be unbeatable and Shogun knocked him the hell out.

IF Jones wins this fight there is only one fight I would want to see and it would be the present vs the future:

Bones Jones vs The Spider

I thought Bader fought a stupid fight. He was too slow for Jones and should have tried to get his hands on him but I really don't think he has the technique to fight that way.

My thoughts.

Boy what a downer of a card that was. If i ever have to watch another guy a foot smaller and a 13 inch reach disavantage trying to get inside again i think im gonna poke my eyes out. Why in the world would u start off the card like this? As soon as they started i lean over to my bud and told him this fight is gonna suck big time. Sure enuf the same thing happen which always does in that type of match. It was almost like it suck the life out of the card. Second fight im not sure what Ellenberg was doing. I thought it was very visible that rocha was gassed after the first round. I wish hard kicks would count as much as takedowns. Im so sick of guys getting a late takedown to win a round doing nothing with it. Ace and Forrest i had absolutely no interest in watching this fight. Why Franklin thought he won is another mystery. Jones Badar went just like i thought it would. Im starting to think these Greco wrestler are more valuable in this sport then a standard wrestler. Wow and now his takedown defense is on another level. Fuck Showgun i want to see him in there with Silva. Oh and the gameplan of the night has to go to Gabe :0002 Did he ever see Taylor fight before  I can't believe this guy is still around. someone get him out of there before he gets hurt. Boy i see someone said they got Silva at -160. I said fuk it im gonna go with him but when i looked late it was -250 and passed. Why did Silva have to land that kick so early? I was so jacked for that fight and it was starting to heat up. Vitor was winning the fight when in one second it was over. That could have been a great fight but it isn't a surprised that it ended early no matter who won. I guess we are gonna see Silva and Sonnen again and this time i will take Silva by murder. Unless he has a broken rib again that is.

ok well i have a parlay of

Silva/Torres/Ellenberger/Cerrone/Mendes.A 5 man parlay is never really a good thing, not sure why i bet this one.

Jones/Mendes parlay..i like this bet more as i really think jones is going to showcase just how talented he is. as far as mendes goes more on him later.

Griffin small.i look at this as an even fight with the bigger man grinding out a decision.

o.k. so if i could, i would take back all of these bets.the more i look into this card, and the more i think about i,t the play that i like better than every other play combined, is Mendes. I really dont see how he looses. i like this kid alot and think he wins 95% of the time against this guy.it is nice to have a rooting interst in all the fights but if one of my early fights of the parlay looses than that kills the rooting interest for the rest anyway.so like i said i kinda wish i just put every penny down on mendes..o well will still be a great card to watch and maybe i can hit my 5 teamer..

O.K. so i guess it worked out for me as i had a great great night. in the future i still wont be betting 5 man parlays lol.bones jones has ties to my hometown of rochester,ny and wow did he look good.i will be pulling for him against rua..

Will be putting down a max bet as soon as my guy puts the line up. I already see Shogun is a big dog and I'm loving it.

Bones beat someone who was very limited in what he can do. For those that think Jones is great at his age look at what Shogun had done by 23. Shogun loves to get into peoples body and use his core. I also see him using some serious leg kicks on Jones. I would think Greg Jackson would want more time to prepare for Shogun.

IF Shogun comes in healthy and ok from his knee surgery then he will win. We haven't seen Jones tested by someone well rounded yet and Shogun is as well rounded as they come. There's a reason he was so young when he was Pride champ and also why he was able to do to Machida what everyone said couldn't be done.

Last night JOnes said he was preparing for Shogun with Rashard, spending a lot of time on film. Now he says he will look at the film more closely. So i think the six weeks is a non factor or an advantage for Jones. I think with Jones there is a lot of times where his arm is there for the taking but he never fights ju jit guys. Just a bunch of wrestlers and that fraud Vera.

I think Jones goes down to a heel hook. Shogun loves to grab the taller guys at the waist and once they're trying to get away and twist he grabs the foot. Shogun has a lot of ways to win and we know he has a chin. I'm not sure we've seen Jones chin tested yet and we may not see that for a while.

If Jones wins here then I would love to see him vs Silva but after that it will be interested to see him vs the HWs.

Shogun early underdog. Jump on him now. Shogun is going to make Jones look like quick work. I was not impressed with Jones last night.

I see Shogun submitting Jones.

I don't know who will win this fight

but I definitely can't listen to you on this one

All respect Bucs

but you love Shogun and you picked freaking Matushenko to beat Bones.

Shogun can win - but you are very biased here.

How could you not be impressed with him? He has a lot of work to do but his God given gift is as good as we've ever seen. His hands are his biggest weakness IMO and against the TOP guys I think that will get exposed. I'm shocked he's favored over Shogun but that's how it goes and I'm going to be loving it. Jones hasn't even fought a top tier guy yet so I really don't think we've seen him and what he can really do and handle in the cage. Shogun is not the guy to be testing the waters out with if you ask me.

Shogun can win? Wording is completely backwards.

See, here's the thing that people don't get, and they miss the boat on with Shogun. He's not like all these other fighters. He doesn't come out and just go with the fight. He's the aggressor. He's the one who brings the fight to you. Something Jones isn't going to be used to. On top of that, Shogun has a rock solid chin, and his ground game is phenominal.

Shogun is IMO biased or not, the p4p best fighter in the world.

Ive seen him fight all wrestlers, none with legitimate striking prowess. He's wild, and takes way to many chances. The kid could have a chin of a marshmellow for all we know, but he's not had anyone to test him.

Bucs, I totally agree with you and have said the same thing about who he's fought. Even though he hasn't been in the cage with any good strikers what he has done is impressive. All he can do is win against the guys he's been put in the cage with and he's done that so far and he's done it in impressive fashion.

"the bunker"
did somebody say they saw a line on rua/bones?.....

what was it?....

one thing that shocked me about bones/bader....was the strength differential....

bader might be limited...but he`s an elite wrestler...and a physical powerhouse of a man....

jones flung him around like a rag doll...he had top control the entire fight vs a guy that i can`t ever remember being on his back.....

now that`s some scary shit, right there...

"the bunker"
some interestiing lines at 5 dimes....

already on phan.....and already parred marquardt and kyle noke getting better than even odds....i think marquardt has the ideal opponent to get back on track in sexyama(overrated)....

i think sotiropoulos in australia is nice par material....

think condit might be too skilled and long for lytle`s wide shots...and lytle tends to gas a bit...but lytle`s submission game is a little scary...condit`s been subbed a few times...

also took a small flyer with dollaway + 175 vs munoz....munoz is awfully sloppy...

and tito?....this guy is automatic fade material...running on fumes...
