his neck popped and then his eyes rolled before hit the canvas ... then took a couple more bombs and no doubt he was OUT

pretty impressive that he had not lost since 2006

I never realized the dude that got KOd in 17 seconds lives 20 minutes from me :mj07:

Closest thing to a fix job I have seen in mma. Sorry but no way Weidman has a chance if Silva wants or cares to fight. Wtf was that?

It wasn't a fix at all....Anderson has pulled that shit many times. He's a classless cunt......he finally got KO'd.

You want to blame anyone...blame the classless fighter that goes by the name Anderson.

Look at what Anderson did in the Maia fight......same thing here.

He's a dick.......always has been.

Great to see him get knocked the fuck out.:00hour

For those that have kids.........what would you do if your kid pulls the shit Anderson did?

I won but if they fight again anytime soon I'll be on Silva. He had so many chances to punch Chris and he didn't. Chris was missing with shots and if Anderson cared he would have tapped his chin after his missed. He also had a couple of chances to put Chris in a Tai clinch and knee his face but he didn't. I'm happy Chris won but I don't think he's better.

After listening to Anderson you have to wonder if he felt like he wouldn't get the fights he wanted if he stayed the champ. It sounds like he's tired of fighting MWs. I think we see him move up to LHW for one fight and then maybe get a shot at Bones.

I agree. Silva's pre-fight interviews have been kind of weird for this one. it's probably crazy to think but seems like he did not want that belt anymore - he really did not try to keep it last night. Or does his age not allow that clowning around anymore with reflexes slowing?

He probably wants Jones next. But not Jon

If Anderson ultimately does take the rematch, I hope people bet him up. I will be all over Weidman again.

Last card 2-6 -7.55 :scared

overall 79-116 -12.48

Time for a move in the right direction.

Hope its a good sign that three of us are posting this same play early.....played this awhile back and will be adding:

Weidman +230 - 4/9.2 :0003
Dave Herman +195 .5/.95

2-5 for the night, but Weidman saves the day for me to end +2.55

81-121 -9.93

Why would you be all over him? I saw more chances than I needed to for Anderson to tap Weidman's chin. If they do rematch and it's anything under 200 then I'll max bet Anderson and might up my max bet for it. In most of his past fights Anderson would wait for the guy to miss and then on his follow thru would pop the guy right on the chin. He moved out of the way several times Saturday night but never threw a punch after. I admit he was showing off and got caught but if he wasn't then Weidman wouldn't have had a chance.

Anderson isn't going to take a rematch because it prevents him from doing other fights at this point. He's proven he's the best and has nothing else to gain from it.

He may not take the rematch, but I think once the loss sets in he will want to. Could be wrong  .

As for why I would be on Weidman, one reason would be there will be a large # thinking the exact same way you are, that Anderson won't fuck around the next time and he will destroy Weidman. The 2nd would be that Weidman is the only one who didn't get caught up in Silva's head games and he caught him. Was it lucky, maybe, but he still caught him and no one else did. 3rd, Weidman is only getting better and are we seeing the start of a decline for Silva?

You could be spot on too, who knows.
